This is so true, i used to attract terrible people but the instant i stopped blaming them and took responsibility of who i really was on the inside and changed, i had the courage to let go of all of them. I spend most of my time alone and this simple practice has made me grow spiritually and everything on the outside has changed drastically in few months. I love it to be with myself. ❤️ Alone. 😌 During my meditation I realized that I am never alone because we are all one. And in the silence I got to know myself again. My inner grown-self, my inner child and my hurt self. All sides of me came to the surface and I looked at all the parts of myself, I healed them.
I found so much peace. ✨
I healed all the issues by looking at them and giving them space and attention. I wrote them down and found in each of these issues what I had learned from them and why I have become like this now. I feel gratitude, even if some ego minds would say that this cannot be forgiven. I learned deep forgiveness. And acceptance. And unconditional love. ☯️
Of course, I sometimes have new triggers, but I deal with them differently than before and being alone has helped me develop further. 💎☀️❤️ Thank you very much Master. Namasté. Namho Himalaya 🙏🏽 💫
