This USDM GT-Four is about to be insane! Love that Ryan works with so many talented people whose passion for their specialty shows through the build. Its an honor to follow these builds start to finish
The first time i sow Vitor i instant think that be is portuguese! Its great to see one country fella over seas doing the things right! Keep rockin!💪🏻🇵🇹
Damn I dunno why Ryan doesn’t have a million subscribers…these builds are by far the epitome of car building nonetheless, the detail that goes into the build and the builders are just incredible
There is just something about Ryan's vibes, enthusiasm, the pure love for motorsports that make this channel a gem. These videos are like treats. You savor them! Thanks Ryan, all the shops and unsung heroes in production. Let's go BAY BAAAYYY!!!
Ryan produces simply the best content like this. He deserves an award for what he brings YT 😂 Keep this up, no other channel is as good at this. Not that ive found anyway.
Watching this quite frankly divine craftsmanship, and knowing that car is probably going to be stacked into the nearest tree breaks my heart. Thank you for a glimpse into this world guys, the Sistine Chapel ceiling of welding right here!
Hey Ryan thank you so much for this build I'm so excited for all the episodes that will come I love your big builds the workmanship is always %100 oh and I was really disappointed about your lack of coverage at the Goodwood motor festival this year you deserve more in my opinion take care mate from a big Aussie fan 🇦🇺🇺🇸🛠🔧👍🏻
An Eastwood SCT drum wheel would make life way easier when compared to a drill with a harbor freight wire wheel if you wanna save time & effort. 1st time watching & digging this format!
Presume if your running evo rear subframe , you’ll be using a evo rear diff mated / evo sequential box hopefully mated to a 5sgte to keep something Toyota
Loving this build, the attention to detail and fabrication skills on show..Help me understand: How is the blind side of those tubes ( up against the roof skin etc) welded? Is the cage dropped through the floor or something?
There's nothing better than watching a car get skillfully cut up the whole time I'm thinking that's gonna be light cause I know it ain't gonna be that same metal put back in.also I know not for this project but I seen someone using a laser the other day to take the car down to bare metal no grinding no map gas it was amazing but its probably for high dollar resto but it would have been so easy to use on this project
Does anyone know why they didn't connect the front and rear strut towers and subframe mounting points to the cage? I would assume at this level you need all the rigidity you can get. No?
The only problem I see is there was no weld through primer or cavity wax behind those caps on the cage so its just bare metal that gonna rust. Seems like a huge safety issue to me just saying.
Yeah don't understand that either. Also, don't most regulatory bodies in Motorsport forbid (excessive) alterations of the firewall? I don't understand what the plan with this car is, it already had a rally spec drivetrain layout from factory.
He's out in RS Cali isn't he? Ryans doing this in Connecticut, Dom might not want to relocate Plus, sometimes you need to choose the dedicated professional to get the needed timeframe

Another amazing build, Victor is awesome. I could watch videos of him fabricating all day.
Victor speaks my language. I've always loved rally, hillclimb, and road racing.
That zeroed out frame jig at the end was awesome, I loved it!
Pumped that we finally got Victor to chat about his life! He’s such a good guy. Love that we get to work with him 💪🏼
He’s definitely a good guy. Glad we got connected with him.
Thanks for giving us a peak at the magic behind the curtain with some of the amazing fabricators you bring onto your builds.
Ryan your doing it again! First The GT486 Then the Formula Supra, THEN The Stout, and now this! You are mad! I love it!

@@zorbakaput8537 He has a point though. The older generations aren't as open and encouraging as the newer ones.
I love such detailed videos where you can see how many work has to be done to build such an amazing car!
Recently bought an st205 GT-four. I love that this series is happening just as I got one, such a special car to me.

Muito bem as mãos de um Português, a fazer mestria em todos os seus trabalhos.
Parabéns Vítor Teixeira
awesome, impresive, incredible, above all, rear subframe
This is why when you get a guy that says he can do it cheaper... You run the other f'ing way!!! Safety is king and this cage work is next level!!!
Amazing works 😍

you're Awesome!!
That grinder sound got me jumping in my chair
The real secret they won’t show is how they make those gussets so perfect fitting🤤🤯
Wow. From Lithuania. My home country. That's a long way to usa

I always wanted to film me and my cousin when wer wer building Irish tarmac rallycars flat out years ago i really should of 😅
That sounded like a fun time
Is there used copper to weld the firewall holes ? looks like copper, would love to know more of that
He's a monstah!
Going with a trick push rod suspension again like on the stout?
Loving this build, the attention to detail and fabrication skills on show..Help me understand: How is the blind side of those tubes ( up against the roof skin etc) welded? Is the cage dropped through the floor or something?
that is a common solution
Aye chourico!🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹
This gives my OCD a stiffy
😂😂
What's the reasoning behind cutting out the firewall and floor pan?
There's nothing better than watching a car get skillfully cut up the whole time I'm thinking that's gonna be light cause I know it ain't gonna be that same metal put back in.also I know not for this project but I seen someone using a laser the other day to take the car down to bare metal no grinding no map gas it was amazing but its probably for high dollar resto but it would have been so easy to use on this project

Do yall custom make those taco gussets or buy them?
Does anyone know why they didn't connect the front and rear strut towers and subframe mounting points to the cage? I would assume at this level you need all the rigidity you can get. No?
no a-pillar gussets?
The only problem I see is there was no weld through primer or cavity wax behind those caps on the cage so its just bare metal that gonna rust. Seems like a huge safety issue to me just saying.
From what I've seen fully enclosed items don't degrade. I've had the same worry but there is finite O2 and H2O in that cavity.
oh wow
Why are you cutting co much floor ? Is it going to have a longitudinal drivetrain , or just custom center tunel ?
Yeah don't understand that either. Also, don't most regulatory bodies in Motorsport forbid (excessive) alterations of the firewall? I don't understand what the plan with this car is, it already had a rally spec drivetrain layout from factory.
@@AccAkut1987 this car was fwd I'm pretty sure so gotta get cut up to make it more like a gt4
Professional Fabricators...
Quality work and quality dudes
Did you see how he wears his safety glasses?..and how he pointed that grinder disc right towards his face...😂
@@tyler0487 *Professional fabricator by American standards
These guys are playing 0 games
Yes, not wearing a mask while grinding/wire brushing all that shit is also fucking ace
how is the cage welded on top?
It gets dropped down through holes in the floor. Then lifted back up and a plate is welded under the "legs" of the cage
😍
No dimple dies?
Лучшие❤from Russia
How at this stage of the build is the rear bumper still on lmao
Haha it’s a place holder.
Teixeira is a very brazilian name... Is he brazilian by any chance?
hi i would like to know the name of the machine that is used to make the joggle at 12:01?
✌️🤙
At what point is this no longer a Celica? 😅
Portugal caralho!!!!! 🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹

Teixeira tinha que ser Brasil ou Portugal

While watching the vid, I was wondering what happened to Dominic, Formula Supra fab man?
He's out in RS Cali isn't he? Ryans doing this in Connecticut, Dom might not want to relocate
Plus, sometimes you need to choose the dedicated professional to get the needed timeframe
Blokes got eye protection on the wrong part of his head 🤦🏻
Where’s Dom ? 😪
As a fabricator myself….guys, respect your fcking lungs and please put even a cheap mask while grinding/wire brushing all that crap.
