Sir when to use PCR and when to use genomic dna or cdna library to get Gene of interest This is my confusion. Since we are adding probe to screen genomic library..to design probe we should know the sequence of gene of interest right? In pcr also sequence should be known Than what is the difference Please reply i am new to such topics trying to clear my confusions
