- The coronary sinus starts at the junction of the great cardiac vein and the oblique vein of the left atrium.
Tributaries :
- Great cardiac vein;
- Middle cardiac vein;
- Small cardiac vein;
- Posterior vein of left ventricle;
- Oblique vein of left atrium

the coronary sinus goes into the vena cava inferior and not superior like your drawing shows
the coronary sinus goes to the right atrium directly and the opening has a valve called thebesian valve.
