I did always wonder what it was like though, I know my current culinary class in high school we have a bit of a stock pile even with all the cooking, but nothing like this, I mean they probly have more flour and cheese than all of our dry storage combined just in shear weight, though i wonder how often it gets restocked, I'd assume most likely once a week like most, but at the same time they must burn through a lot
