This really works - as long as you are comfortable with the market of people buying cars in this range. Another alternative option is always selling the car to Carmax, but they are not buying it at the level of private sale, but regardless worth of trying. BTW - this side gig would really work well if you could flip at least one car per week, every week through-out the year... That puts you at over 110k in profit ($2,000 x 56 weeks...) - now that is well worth it...
@@don2xifyeveryone does it lol u just have the person ur buying it from sign it and leave the purchaser blank and then have the person you’re selling it to sign it
Even if you doing this as a side hustle, are any types of permits, certifications or etc. required to sell or even buy the vehicle that's being flipped?
Or you could do it the unethical way. Buy a car with a title, never put the title in your name, and when you sell it, put the buyer's name on the title
Nope no dealers license. I just sign it over, go straight to DMV and typically pay for the instant title. Then sign the title over to the new owner. I believe you can do up to 5/yr with no license.
Do you mean how do I drive it out and about? For this car, I registered it in my name, paid for immediate plates then sold it. I don’t use dealer plates because I only do a couple per year.

that’s not possible there’s a limit on how many cars you can sell, usually 4-5 depending on your state
@decktm ayo that's a nice trick.. thanks I'll try it out

Nice work bro!!!! Someone got a gem, Acura’s run forever!!
Excellent hustle and service to your community sir👍🏾
Looks brand new man I’m amazed
i recognize SC anytime i see it lol. the dormant bermuda grass in the suburbs😹
Haha you got that right 😂

Not for us in SC. But they do limit you to 4 car sales per year without a dealer license.
@@AJLoDato22 NY does the same, I think the limit is 5 cars here without a dealer license.

@@fortrud Yes that's the risky route lol

Great gig you have to be hard working for that one!
You can surely detail a car, what products did you use?
Thank you!! I use a wide variety for all different materials on the car. I will make a full detailing video, soon!
Where did you purchase this beauty? Very clean bud
I got it from a co-worker. Got lucky he bought it new and took care of it!
Great news 🤠🥱 Looks fabulous!
Can you give me the link to get that same polisher you use to polish the car looks light weight and very comfortable thank you 👍🏼
Sure thing. It is the TORQx, and has been great to me over the 4 years I’ve used it!
@@AJLoDato22 thank you
Nice job 👍
What kind of compounds do you use for the 2-step? New to detailing
I use Griots fast correcting cream (cut), and Sonax perfect finish (polish), and I seal it off with CG jet seal!
Awesome video. How much did you get it for?
I got it for $4750. Was about $5500 into it all said and done.
What is the paint correction kit you used?
I bought it all individually - orbital polisher, hexlogic cutting pads, griots fast correcting cream, Sonax perfect finish and chemical guys sealant.
Good job my boss
Isn't it bad to pressure wash the engine bay?
Nope, not with low pressure. I use a special tip to dial it way down. (You can also use a hose)
What is the thing you used to remove the sticker? Where can I find it?
It’s an adhesive remover wheel you can find off Amazon. 10/10 recommend.
What products do you use for the headlights??
I sanded it down, 2K cleared them, and finished with a polish. ‘Paint Society’ made a great video on the process
Respect bro tbh this is so good it should be a secret
great video even your neighbors walk fast 😅
😂 😂
How you deal with paperwork? Or you have a dealer license?
Nope no dealers license. I just sign it over, go straight to DMV and typically pay for the instant title. Then sign the title over to the new owner. I believe you can do up to 5/yr with no license.
@@AJLoDato22 understand. So to sell the car you wait for two weeks your new title to come)
Yup that’s exactly it. Or in this case I paid for an instant title at DMV. It’s a small fee
where’d you get your polishing drill
This one is off Amazon (TORQx)
What you buy for?
I believe 5k
How do you test drive the car without dealer plates?
Do you mean how do I drive it out and about? For this car, I registered it in my name, paid for immediate plates then sold it. I don’t use dealer plates because I only do a couple per year.
Where do you buy and sell cars
I buy private party as I hear of people selling, and sell on Facebook marketplace.
You get caught flipping by DMV yet?
Nope, as long as you don’t do more than 4 per year there are no issues.
You’re doing a really great job with the detailing, and every other amendments, soooooo satisfying to even watch!🤍
2000 profit is wayyyy too low for the amount of work you put on
The work really isn’t that hard in my opinion. Just time.
