I would never ever try and diagnose anyone else but I have ADHD and a lot of Jessica's traits remind me of me (going on tangents, procrastinating projects, loving the same foods over and over again, talking fast), which I think is why I get such comfort from her channel. Maybe it's just that she is just really and open and honest in her videos and we can all relate to that. 🥰
That sounds like me. Although I’m not hyper. I’d love to have some energy. But I eat the same thing every day and I always have one specific item I order from a restaurant. Taco Bell, three soft shelled tacos, McDonald’s, a quarter pounder no cheese. I don’t care to try new foods and texture has a lot to do with it. And Heaven help me when I try to clean. I go from one thing to another and it just goes on.
@@thejourney1369 Same with the foods and cleaning! And I am burnt out constantly lol, I never have any energy, my ADHD falls more on the "inattentive" side of it and is potentially mixed in with low level autism. I am still super organised (I'd never get anything done if I wasn't!) and only realised I even might have it last year!

I am glad to know that I'm not the only one who gets emotional after a workout! Especially after wanting to give up a few times during it. It's a great feeling of accomplishment to push through those doubts and feelings of wanting to quit. Mind over matter and determination are an amazing thing. You go girl! Keep it up!

I love peloton! It has really inspired me to push myself. The instructors are great and have great messages that help me push through and get me in my feels! I have the bike and love it. I use the treadmill classes worth a regular treadmill. The app is totally worth it, such good content!
My son loves Number Blocks. It’s what got him interested in learning his numbers. He started asking a lot of questions about numbers and then asked me to start making him math worksheets. 💗
I am just loving these 40 min vlogs. I watch these while I work from home. Makes me feel like I’m not in the house all by myself 😂

Getting out of the house when you work from home is so important…I remember when I first started working from home I would ask my husband when was the last time I left the house because I would get so caught up with the kiddos and work …time would fly by and it would be weeks sometimes of me not leaving the house 😳

Good morning I loved this podcast I went a few years ago with my grand children they were two and three years old they were scared of everything . I loved the parade I sat an waited 2 hours for a front tor seat by the castle while my son walked around with my grandsons. It definitely was worth the wait❤❤❤❤. I have a great idea you and Jess should plan a trip and be our tour guides!!! You always are such fun and very knowledgeable. You can also make enough to subside your trip 😊. It is overwhelming but you make it look so enjoyable ❤ I would definitely consider going for sure . FYI I am a senior I love Disney ❤❤❤

I bought Vessi’s since I work in a greenhouse, so I can attest to them being incredibly waterproof! They don’t stand up to extreme daily wear (8-9 hours/day walking on concrete), but for the everyday user they are perfect. You can risk getting your socks wet if water gets onto the top laces area, but they dry incredibly quickly and are breathable. I do not recommend them for extended walking on wet surfaces, they do not grip nearly as well as my running shoes. However, the Vessi ankle SOCKS are my dupe for the once-amazing Bombas socks. They are super thick, with the same arch support and heel guard/lip.
I bought a travel size of the wow dream coat at Ulta and I am absolutely in love with it. I just got mine from Amazon because my little one ran out but I love the fact that you only have to use it every three or four washes.

We're low-key obsessed with genealogy in my family so I love that you did the 23&me test! My mom was adopted so her biological family and history was a mystery until she was in her late 40's when we slowly began finding family members. Now that we've began rebuilding the family tree it's so interesting to see how the paper trail matches up with the ethnicity report we got!
22:40 when my boyfriend and i get out of church and get in the car, siri has been suggesting the directions to our local mexican restaurant hahaha. we felt a little called out because we go there all the time 😂

Vessi shoes are amazing. Totally waterproof and warm. I don’t have white but I love mine.
Do your feet get sweaty? I've hesitated getting them for that possibility (because the waterproof material maybe lends it to not be breathable).
23&me is so fun and interesting! Being European-Australian I had good guesses about Ireland, Scotland, Sweden etc but Southern Chinese and Spanish was for sure a surprise!
Jess, I am proud of you too for finishing your workout but remember pushing yourself too hard can cause injuries. I fell while running and hurt my knee in October and it it still hurts. I was tired but ran anyway. I call it my reminder to pace myself now when it throbs lol. You look great and have been working out consistently you should be proud of yourself!

Omg that RISE oat milk vanilla latte in a can is one of my favorites! I was skeptical of the retro vibes packaging, but seriously, any of those Rise canned lattes are so good.
And easy, because even though I love to make my own iced coffees and lattes, these are extremely portable if I'm going a road trip and not bringing the whole kitchen and refrigerator lol 😊

I’ll update next week! I didn’t find out until after my dad passed away when I was 17. One night my sister got drunk and spilt the secret. Everyone knew about the rumor but no one wanted to tell me, especially since out of 6 kids I was known as “daddy’s favorite”. My family even moved out of state when it happened because people in our church and the community knew about the supposed affair. I never cared to know the truth, but now I’m 28 and ready to know if the dad who raised me was my real dad. So there is the story lol ill update when I know!

I’m a former Starbucks barista and I worked at a few locations! Every store I was at stopped brewing blonde after the morning rush, which varies by store. We only kept pike brewed all day (and that should be standard for any Starbucks- even though pike is commonly everyone’s least favorite lol). I tend to get blonde americanos now! You can get that any time of day and customize with milk/syrups/whatever
Love the vlogs! I appreciate all the disney trips too...they make me feel like I am there. Tyler, have you ever thought about a half ironman or ironman triathlon....I think you would love the challenge and some half are near you too. Ironman florida in November and then go to Disney after??!!??
I did 23andme a few years ago and it came back as 93% British (which is no surprise since I'm English lol) but the rest was Scandinavian and it's far back enough that no one in my family knows where that has come from. It's just super interesting, I'm glad I know!

I have white Vessi’s and do a quick clean with Oxyclean spray and a damp cloth, works great, Tide-to-go would probably work when you’re traveling. They’re great shoes, so comfy!
About the Vessi’s… yes, they are waterproof! I bought them for rainy day yard duty at my kid’s school. BUT, they get really dirty really fast. I have sprayed them with stain repellent and they get new stains every time I wear them. The plus side, you can throw those specific ones in the washer AND they are really comfortable. But just be aware when you buy the white.

I’m 99.3 percent Scottish, with a little English and Irish. My Mom is 100% Scottish and my Sad also has Scottish English and Irish! It is so fascinating! My Dad didn’t really know for sure what was in his family but found out as well!

Yes I did 23 and Me. I'm mostly German, English, Irish and French. I had no idea that I had French ancestry so that was really cool to find out.
I recently finished What My Bones Know audiobook and as someone who it also new to audiobooks and struggling with finding ones that keep me engaged, this one was so good - super intense subject matter that is not for everyone but touched on so many things that felt relevant even without having her experiences. The author was a producer/writer for NPR so she was really great at telling her story! If you can handle the subject matter I highly recommend the audiobook!

I used to work at Starbucks. You have to get there earlier in the day to get it brewed, since Blonde is one of the first ones cut for the day. Blonde Americanos are a nice alternative though!
