As I'm passing onto my 4th year in architecture school this house satisfies me so much, you can tell that the architect design the house with an intention and really prioritized the views, that lower floor is a dream come true, I love how they blocked of the wardrobe so it gives me sci fi kinda vibe and the use of light throughout is just incredible.
I think this house, beside its good looks at initial glace, has a lot of architectural not to do's. The screen to hide the wall cabinets of the kitchen is stupid (think of all the grease that will line up the screen), if someone is using the laundry the adjacent bathroom is inaccessible, bedroom closets (just look at the computer and "art work" jammed between the upper and lower sections) and many other non-functional gimmicks. Bad design all around.
I felt the amount of positive energy in this house because you were shining in it. This proves that the house was built with love. I think that the views will reach millions in the future if you continue to display homes of this level and because you spend a lot of time and effort to deliver this content in a stunning way. The most beautiful thing is that you do not get tired of watching because of the beautiful Lucy🌹 with a tone and a comfortable voice. I wish you more progress and success. You deserve better.

A little tip for your camera person, when you refer to something like the great yacht going past or the ocean view from the office, the camera needs to show those things you’re referring to, it feels weird not being able to look at the things you’re referring to 🙂

The sliding doors in the kitchen are an absolutely horrible idea. Having to slide them back and forth each time you wanted to access something. No thanks. Otherwise, nice place
My thoughts exactly!! If you have something on the stove and need to use the microwave you’ll need to close off the stove while the heat is on. Very dangerous.

I fell in love with this cozy project! This communication with the sea translated into freedom, sophistication and harmony in details (I live in a coastal city of Brazil and i was enchanted with this house) I can't get enough of always taking a look at this video.
Absolutely stunning house. Probably my favourite of all the homes you have featured. So many clever ideas. Love all the sliding walls/doors/curtains and multi uses. You can tell it's an architects home as the use of light and views is outstanding. Only thing I would improve on is I would add a couple of comfy headboards in the bedrooms as I don't think it would be comfortable leaning back against a wall even with pillows. So much to like. Have saved it to my dream homes, not that I'll ever be able to afford such a luxury home, but there are so many good ideas I could steal if I ever get to build my own home. One can always dream.

Amazing architecture. Stunningly beautiful. But I have to say the kitchen is not very practical. You can't make toast and eggs at the same time unless you constantly move those sliding shutters back and forth. The hidden TV is definitely a plus but its placement is (again) not practical. You have to look down to see it and it's partially obstructed by one side of the couch. The master suite is gorgeous but there's no (real) door separating it from the rest of the house. I mean, as long as you live there alone or with your partner it's okay. But what if you have kids or guests? Weird choice in my opinion. But, again, it is a very beautiful home. :) Just needs some minor adjustments so that you could actually live there imo. ^^ EDIT: Btw, just discovered your channel. Love your home tours. Love this home! A couple things I would have perhaps done differently: switched the sink & stove (have the colour blend with counter), so I could hide dirty dishes etc.; & in the master (outstanding design) figure a way to be able to keep the doors open at night or when you're upstairs in the daytime, & still feel safe. Thanks for sharing!
