    Cucumber Boat Chaat
    Ingredients
    Cucumber / Kheera - 2 -3
    FOR STUFFING :
    Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely Chopped
    Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Finely Chopped
    Sweet Corn - 1/2Cup Parboiled
    Capsicum - 1/2 Finely Chopped
    Pomegranate Seeds / Anar Ke Dane - 1 Tablespoon
    Pumpkin Seeds / Kaddu Ke Bij - 1/2 Tablespoon
    Roasted Peanuts / Mungfali - 1 Tablespoon
    Salt / Namak - As Per Taste
    Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch - 1/4 Teaspoon
    Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Lemon Juice / Nimbu Ka Ras - Of 1/2 Lemon
    Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - 1 Teaspoon
    FOR GARNISHING :
    Nylon Sev / Barik Sev - As Required
    Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - As Required
    Instructions
    1. Wash and peel the cucumber then cut it length wise. Make a cut inside along the seeds and remove with the help of spoon. Prepare all cucumber like this and arrange it in a plate.
    2. Take a bowl and add onion, tomato, sweet corn, capsicum, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, roasted peanuts, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix it well.
    3. Now take prepared cucumber and stuff it with stuffing and arrange it in a serving plate.
    4.Garnish all cucumber with nylon sev and coriander leaves.
    5. Cucumber Boat Chaat is ready to serve.
