As well as being an amazing guitar player, Paul is a really rounded personality who can jump into any situation and be comfortable. He was great in this video, keeping things flowing, asking pertinent questions, creating a relaxed atmosphere. If Paul wasn't a guitar player there are many other things he could be and excel at. OK, it's obvious I've got a lot of respect for him! :-) Thanks for this video TC.
Thank you TC for making such awesome products...I've been sold ever since i bought my Flashback. Now with my mini HOF I am even more convinced you guys are the best. Thank you again!
Hey TC Electronic, please consider spacing the USB jack a bit further away from the power connector port. a bit of a tight squeeze, had to trim off some plastic from the mini plug to make the fit. thanks and nice product by the way.
i'm buying my TC hall mini from guitar Center! I fell in love at that the first time I played it finally have a couple of bucks to get one i've also been able to sell people on it even I don't work for you or Gc lol! best damn reverb pedal ever! fan and customer for life!!
when i first bought my first real amp, i was kinda asking myself, why should i need a reverb in my rig? isnt it enough to just plug and play and get great clean or distorted sound ? then when i started to watch as much videos and demos of different guitars and gear and sort of things, i started to realise that the concept of adding a flavour to the tone is kinda must to a n expert or even an intermediate musician. went this morning to a local music shop and tried the hof full size, boy i just decided that it is really necessary to have that great concert feel even when at home, really enjoyable, thanks guys, will be ordering the mini next two days. rock on.
MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN! We got some harshness here for the marketing lady. Maybe she should be here and maybe not, but her boss told her to go and she went. That's how life is when you have a job. When you work in marketing, product knowledge is important, so it makes sense that she would be there to take care of all the juicy details,, which the players might gloss over if they aren't particularly interested. We're not all world class guitarists or major gearheads and this video is for us too. In other words,, she's doing her job,, so maybe lighten up a little?
I love these units, I love the custom Toneprints, I love the ability to create your own. However, I hate the fact that you can't save them, upload them, share them. What good is a custom toneprint if I can't access them on the fly without connecting to my computer? You can "beam" these famous guitarists Toneprints into the device on the fly, why not do that for everyone?
I hated the thing at first and found the same. Same for all the tone print bullshit. Like I have time to sit down and fuck with all that crap. All the rest of the spacey crap is useless. But now they have added just spring, plate, and hall. Thank god. I'm using plate really faint and like it.
Paul Gilbert is a genius and a real humble, funny person. A gentleman, in the way of Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Brian May, David Gilmour, Billy Sheehan, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and a few others. I feel sad when I see famous guitar players, stardom level, which are absolute idiots.
TC Electronic you should make a toneprint studio for bass... Because your bass amp heads are great. And the effects too. But I would enjoy creating my own Toneprint. Please please please.. release a Toneprint editor version for bass players.
"That's my job 'cause I'm the marketing manager", shit I'm in marketing and would never feel the need to throw rank. Just talk lady, and loosen up, take notes from Paul, you're not selling medical supplies.
Great demo, thanks!

Paul Gilbert is like an encyclopedia of rock songs
i agree hahaha

That was amazing. Great pedal, and lovely people all round :) I've been a TC man since the 2290, so more than 20 years. Keep up the great work
He's got a lotta soul!! What a great player and a great video!
Up to now, I have never really been to keen on having a reverb pedal. After watching this, I will be getting one for my pearl board :-)

Oh,that was quite nice. I would've gone with a plate reverb too, good choice.
When will we get the TORE pedal? Tone Of Righteous Elevation. Tons of Reverb Effervescence?

there is something like infinite reverb in this pedal? i like the toneprint idea but i am looking for a real long decay
That's hot! I would like to create a sound that works with my playing style and personality
With this tech you guys should be able to make one pedal that does all your effects
Bringing in corporate tone to such demo vids is a downer. Everything she says can be done in a non-cringy way by you know...not someone like her.
Word, no one cares about her, we wanna hear the pedal!
i agree, that woman should not be there
"I want to get long again." - Paul Brandon Gilbert 2014
45:21 "Susanna Hoffs from the Bangles should be here. It's the HOF pedal" haha :D

Bring it on Home
Nope Heartbreaker

11:24 he's got an awesome Foreigner sound..........
the best setting was when he just plugged right into it out of the box. its that simple

35:16 brilliant ! lmfao
56:07 more laughs ! This guy is really a wonderful person, so full of good energy.
.
Was this video done before the "Otis Feelsgood" video?
No, after :) This TonePrint session led to the "Oh, That's Nice" TonePrint.

The funny thing about this is Paul Gilbert says if he was a drummer even though he can drum pretty good 😂😂
fuck!! bad ass
You have to be pretty good if your boss call you genius!
What Def Lepard solo is that? I don't have the first two records....
It was a good video, but maybe it was too long. The software seems good.
Pauls blues tone... opinions
Paul has really big hand.
