Pro tip with organising group rides:Have one person as the leader who knows the route, they always stay in the front and guide the group to the destinationHave one person as the "Tail End Charlie" or TEC, they always stay at the back to make sure nobody gets left behindThen at every intersection, or change of direction, the rider in 2nd place stops and points the way for everyone else to follow, once the TEC goes by they take off and overtake the TEC to get back into the group That's the way I've done it in the past and it works great for making sure nobody gets lost.Usually on those rides the volunteer TEC would also wear a fluoro yellow rain suit so that people knew he was the back of the pack, but you know.. chicken suits are optional :P PS: #LILIANSBACK
