From today we will start to Upload Onam Sadya Recipes..
Today with Inji Curry.. Made with fried Ginger.. Just try and enjoy..!
Ingredients:-
Fresh Ginger Root - 300 gm
Coconut Oil - 80 ml
Tamarind - 1 lemon Size
Water to soak Tamarind - 1 Cup
Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Shallots - 1 Tbsp (optional)
Green Chilly - 2 nos
Curry leaves - 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
