Omg Pam I love this video! Please turn this into a series! You are so funny and I really appreciate and love your sense of humour. Thank you for making crafting fun and real. I so look forward to your videos every week! 💖
Love these videos, remember you did them weekly a couple or more years ago. Consolidation is great, hope you find time to pare down. Keep on keeping on, Pam. Thanks'
I "clean" my craftroom every year. Re-organize and put like stuff together, catalog everything, etc. By the end of the year, mass chaos once again! I feel you, Pam.
My son took over my craft space for his office. Now my craft stuff is everywhere! All over the dining room, all over the den, and now into the living room. I wish it were more in one room!
I just love listening to you as you work.. while I am junk, journaling and organizing my own craft space. My dining room is no longer a dining room. I thought I had a lot of stencils until today. Maybe I need to go out and get more ha ha ha ha ha ha! Thank you Pam for your honesty and straightforwardness. I love it! ❤😊
I almost spit out my coffee when you said “Stores don’t even have these many stencils!” 😂 Three parts to crafting … purchasing/saving items … organizing and finally crafting! TFS!
I spent the last yr, re doing my craft room and ridding all stuff no longer like, use, broken, my room is finally manageable I literally got rid of over 500 lbs paper, thats insane lol. I have accomplished so much junk Journaling/ scrapbooks in past month then past 5 yrs. I take time to put it all back. It's nice not feeling overwhelmed when I get started. I have an old wooden drawer if I'm not finished with my projects I put it all in there.... I have a cat it saves it all being on floor next time I sit down lol
I recently found my way back to crafting. I'm living in a new space now, and I have room for a craft room! So I'm setting mine up now and nerding out! I LOVE your videos. I found you a few years ago. I just love to put your videos on in the background - it's like I'm with an old friend.
Pam, love that you are so transparent with your personal space and crafting ideas! My room is insane and Ive over bought and have a lot of stuff I havent even used yet. However, I have made a list of craft techniques I want to try over the next few months. Thank you again for sharing! USE your stencils they are beautiful!
Oh Pam! Good morning! I got my coffee and watched you go through stencils. Thank you so much for the smiles and giggles this morning before work! I actually laughed out loud a few times. Um…and could so totally relate to the dilemma living at The Paper Outpost! Much love to you!
I'm doing exactly what you're doing now. Recently went on a buying spree on rubber stamps and card idea books and magazines. It was fun....I think that I've gotten that need to buy out of my system, thank GOD.....but, I had SO MUCH FUN! What transpired though was chaos in the crafting space...so, during my busiest time of the year, I'm going thru and decluttering one specific area of my crafting area, and writing it down on a piece of paper posted in front of my face at my desk. Soooooo, I totally get it. 😂 I appreciate you! ❤
LOL LOL LOL! You talking to the plastic in the cleaned out stencil drawer was too much. Laughing out loud at work.😂 My craft room also needs serious work. Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh my ! Every one of those stencils are absolutely beautiful! Thank you 🙏 for sharing. I will most definitely order some vintage bundles from you now. I can help you get rid of those papers. Thank you 🎉😂❤
I watched you while I had breakfast. I laughed and cringed at the same time, seeing myself and my two rooms and a closet full of stuff. I do use it, but my poor family when I am gone.😮😂
My husband and I live full time in our caravan (Australia), so as you would appreciate, space, there is none!! 😩😩 I have managed however to junk journal. I become anxious when my “stuff” starts spreading, so I need to maintain it. When I saw your craft room Pam, gosh I was stunned!! But I realised that no matter your space, we all end up with too much!! I just have to clean up more often lol!! 🤣🤣 Good luck and good work on declutterring!!! ❤️x
Pam, I knew you had more than one drawer of stencils! Every time I try to clean my craft room I end up being side tracked by a project! Thanks for the inspiration, Pam and good luck.❤️❤️❤️❤️
For what it is worth.....I have learned to take every & any thing out of bags/packaging. I find that less things hide from me so therefore more apt to use varieties of treasures. Besides, all that takes up too much space. I learned this the hard way when the lightbulb 🤔 came on & I went thru what you are starting today! I would enjoy you sharing more of your reorganizing, like a series. Please note: If you ever have a sale of any stencils, I am in! 😂
It's a never ending job. I reorganize my room once or twice a year but it's still chaos. But hey it's organized chaos. LOL! I do have one small suggestion on your stencil drawer. Before you put it away go through and weed out the ones you have duplicates of or that you don't really like pull them out and put in a give away box or bag and then take it out of your room or else you'll be tempted to grab things back out. LOL. Have a great day Pam and TFS!❤
I reorganized right along with you. I'm Out on medical leave so tackling my creative space one drawer, on box at a time. I do a little snd then I rest. Thanks for the sharing. It makes me feel not so alone in this daunting task.
I just cleared my craft area yesterday, after 3-4 projects, and it looked so nice, I took a picture. 😂 Now, I need to reorganize my drawers. Some day. 😊 You turned me onto stencils, and I just got my second set yesterday. I use mine with distress ink. I LOVE them. 🤗
Hilarious! “you won’t go to heaven if you don’t clean your stencils” “get old ppl off the street doing community centre stuff” lol! You needed a flip system with these sticky pages. It is a good idea for the stencils. Maybe huge loose clip rings not a binder? You have great stencils Pam. Your craftroom is a mad lab. At least you get things done. You are either fixing or crafting I agree. I am not a pink person but I love 80s pink nails. Iv been pining for that branch one. I might look into making one cuz its not available anywhere.
Oh my! You had me laughing when you said that you wanted to run in the kitchen and coffee dye and use your stencils. lol I'm so glad that I am not the only one that gets sidetracked. :)
11:43 Hey Pam, make a list of what stencils are in that tub. Attach it to the tub and then you’ll know what you have. Just make a list with a description of the stencil. Easy peasy! ❤️💜💚
So happy to see your messy craft room at the beginning! Misery loves company 😅. I just took a large trash bag of stuff out of my craft room and to the trash. Stuff I don't think I'd ever use. Then I sit down to relax with your video, and this is the video 😆
My craft room is a mess too. My daughter says she'll help me get organized but her idea is to trash what I'm not using 🤯 I'm going to work on organizing by season... when I clear a path into my craft room. Thanks for doing this video! You've inspired me to grab a rope and dive into the room ❤
Love seeing your stencils! So many pretty ones❤ I found a 12x12 3 ring scrapbook album and stuck my stencils in that, in sheet protectors, lol. It lives by my feet under my desk, and I love how easy it is to flip through and find what I'm looking for. Only one stencil per sheet protector, and if they're intricate enough to be difficult to slide in and out of the sleeve, I use a piece of card stock behind it. I love how we each find the way that works best for us! ❤
LOL, just when I think mine is out of control I look on you tube and find worse! I don't sell what I make, only gift things. I donated boxes to church, kindergarten class and nursing home craft class. I now set myself a timer for 15 min clean up time and refuse to give myself permission to leave a mess. So far ,So good! I hung all my stencils on cup hooks in categories of plant, animals or random designs. Don't have half of what you have but it helped. I hung a coat rack of hooks on side of my desk, both ends. Bags of stencils and stamps on one end, bags of ribbons and lace, buttons on other end.
Oh Pam! You were so excited you'd found a way to keep your stencils organized! Too funny! Maybe cull some of those you're no longer thrilled with? Put them into a FunPack and sell them cheap as is.
Hi Pam, i understand your organizational dilemma. I struggle with it too. I am a visual person, so I want everything where I can see it. Since that leads to clutter, I have learned to put things in clear containers, when possible, so I can see what's there, but have them put away. Also, I try to only keep things that I really like, kind of like the Mari Kondo idea, does it bring you joy. If I get rid of something, it helps me know someone else might find more joy with it than I did. Hopefully this will give you some relief. Have a wonderful day and good luck with your cleaning/organizing.
Pam: all crafters spend time trying to keep organized. It’s not easy. I just stopped buying stuff about two years ago. I have too much stuff. I only buy what I need. “Intentional Purchasing.” Haha. I’m doing my best! Carol from California
I feel your dismay about everything everywhere! I just recently moved into a 14x14 room with a large closet and I'm still scrunched for space, plus my husband installed a kitchen sink/cabinet in my new art room.. I bought a plastic file contraption (I'm not awake yet lol) from Wally world and hanging file folders.. I use one for stencils and one for papers. Now that I know they do the job, I'll probably buy a few more.. I had all my stencils ranging from 2 inch up to 30 inches in oversized zipper ziplock bags, but its a major pain to put them back.. so they lay there at my sink 😅 Time for a new system! Love watching your videos!
I don't think there is a crafter out there that can say that this has not happened to them, at least once, but if you are like me, I stay in a realm of Chaos. Love the video
LoL I totally relate with this. But watching you go through this and remembering watching you use some of them. I have a bunch too that I never use them.
My closest craft store is more than an hour away. The temptation to take a drive is real and frequent. Whenever I take a good look a time stash, I swear no more purchases, but the new stuff calls my name. I need a meeting. Hi my name is Wilma and I am a craft supplies……
I'm literally in the middle of doing the same in my craft room. I just couldn't work in there anymore. I'm going through everything and dumping without mercy 😅❤
hi Pam I am in Sydney Australia I too have your problems too much unknown craft stuff. I have my stencils sorted on Auto-Locking Keychain Clips not sure if they are called the same in Canada The rings come in different sizes I find it easy - you don't have to go through every last stencil to find the one you want which is usually the last one, right. ! Flip through the stencils still on the closed ring - undo the clip and take the one you want close the clip so the other stencils don't fall all over the floor (this has to me before). I have enjoyed watching you and sunny for years. Thanks for all the fun Kim
This sounds like a good system. Do you punch a hole in the stencil? What about the thin lacy ones…do they rip? How do you deal with them getting tangled?
All I can say is OMG for the paper and double OMG!!! AND wow! for all those stencils. I th ought I had a lot of stencils but in reality I don't!! LOL!! I find that every time I use a stencil I do an extra page to put in a binder of reference and a note which album it can be found. This way I can look through all the stencils I have. They are separated by theme ie plants, animals, scenery I have my stencils in a a 12 x 12 old photo album with 1 huge pocket per page - each has a stencil done on the page so I can see where they go after. I've been using this system for years and it is working out for me!! Good luck with your sorting!!
I organize my stencils in notebooks using page protectors. Since I cannot visualize what a stenciled image would look like, I stencil on a piece of white, light weight card stock. Then I put the card stock in the page protector with the stencil behind it. This also prevents the stencils from getting intertwined. For really large ones, I use an old scrapbook album.
Omg!😅😅...❤ I love it Pam, and I haven't even watched it yet bcuz I am at work, BUT AS SOON AS I GET OFF! This makes me soooooo, so happy!! Just to see your stuff!!! Can't wait to watch this!😅😅🙌🏾👍🏽
Organization takes time and concentration but in the end it’s a good thing! I can take clutter only for a very short time. Guess it was because I was such a clutter bug as a teenager!
I could watch you organize all day, lol! You say what most of us will not admit! We have too much we never use!
True too too much
Omg Pam I love this video! Please turn this into a series! You are so funny and I really appreciate and love your sense of humour. Thank you for making crafting fun and real. I so look forward to your videos every week! 💖
Thats a great idea it would be a fantastic series.

I "clean" my craftroom every year. Re-organize and put like stuff together, catalog everything, etc. By the end of the year, mass chaos once again! I feel you, Pam.
And you swear to yourself that it will NEVER get like that again🤣
I love your sense of humor!! Don’t forget to celebrate the small victories!🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Trigger finger shopping...yep that's me!! Love the organization video. Definitely, something I need to do as well. Tomorrow.
You are loved and appreciated, Pam!
I love when you do these kind of videos. Its so nice to know you are real! Its also very inspirational. I'm ready to do some stenciling.
My son took over my craft space for his office. Now my craft stuff is everywhere! All over the dining room, all over the den, and now into the living room. I wish it were more in one room!
The same thing happened time.
Proud of you Pam ...you did it!!! So glad to know I am not the only one with a craft room that needs attention.
I just love listening to you as you work.. while I am junk, journaling and organizing my own craft space. My dining room is no longer a dining room. I thought I had a lot of stencils until today. I almost spit out my coffee when you said “Stores don’t even have these many stencils!” 😂 Three parts to crafting … purchasing/saving items … organizing and finally crafting! TFS!
Oh, Wow Pam, I love your craft room. I can watch you sort your craft room over and over again, everything in that room I wish I had hahahahaha.
I spent the last yr, re doing my craft room and ridding all stuff no longer like, use, broken, my room is finally manageable I literally got rid of over 500 lbs paper, thats insane lol. I so love your videos. You are so real and natural and you make me laugh so much. Thankyou Pam. 😊

Spent the last 2 weekends reorganizing and destashing. 🥴 Looking forward to having a crafty weekend coming up! 💕
I only have about 4 or 5 stencils, however after watching you I seen a lot of them I would love to have. 😅 Oh the temptation 😂
Oh Pam! Good morning! I got my coffee and watched you go through stencils. Thank you so much for the smiles and giggles this morning before work! I actually laughed out loud a few times. Um…and could so totally relate to the dilemma living at The Paper Outpost! Much love to you!
Smallies, midies and tallies 😂 Love it Pam, you have a great start 😀
I'm so happy to see your paper storage. It totally could be my craft room.
Ciao Pam. I can so relate! Especially right now.
Cracked paint… love that one!
I get distracted too when cleaning n organizing my craft items too. Inspiration gone wild! 😂😂.
I never thought of making stencils out of my paper punches! Awesome idea! Thanks!
Great strides in organizing and refreshing your memory with what you have! ❤❤
I'm doing exactly what you're doing now.

Oh my ! Every one of those stencils are absolutely beautiful! Thank you 🙏 for sharing. I will most definitely order some vintage bundles from you now. I can help you get rid of those papers. Thank you 🎉😂❤

You crack me up Pam! A joy to watch, even cleaning!❤
Bless you Pam for making this video, I now don't feel so bad about how much 'good stuff' I have! 😉😘😁
Pam. Your room looks great compared to mine. I'm at the point of just throwing out without looking.
Those stencils with texture, abstract designs are highly desired. So many ways to use
Great job!
I reorganized right along with you. I'm
Out on medical leave so tackling my creative space one drawer, on box at a time. I do a little snd then I rest. Thanks for the sharing. It makes me feel not so alone in this daunting task.
This was so much fun. I agree with others that this would be a great series. Thank you for the inspiration to deal with my own stuff.

Great idea putting a pack of unused supplies for sale.
I love it messy looks full and got a lot of goodies .
I’m in the midst of cleaning and organizing (again) right now. I see all those engineering stencils being used to decorate a steampunk journal
I just did mine and organized it and labeled what's in them to a point. Felt very satisfying. Good luck you have way more than me. WOW
I LOVE this video...I guess I am not alone. I try to clean and organize and then I just want to use everything and make something.
Oh my! You had me laughing when you said that you wanted to run in the kitchen and coffee dye and use your stencils. lol I'm so glad that I am not the only one that gets sidetracked. :)
Yes yes yes, I need to finish organizing my craft space. I do a little re-stacking and have to make something.
I watched you while I had breakfast. I laughed and cringed at the same time, seeing myself and my two rooms and a. Lost full of stuff. 😮😂

I'm back..sorry to have been gone for so long
hello from Denmark 🌸
Welcome back! Nice to see you again!
I would dearly love just 1/4 of those!!!
Oh I just love watching and listening to you Pam!! You are hilarious and I love the stencils!! Thank you for the video I needed it 😂😂❤
Love seeing all the stuff!🎉
So happy to see your messy craft room at the beginning! Misery loves company 😅. I just took a large trash bag of stuff out of my craft room and to the trash. Stuff I don't think I'd ever use. Then I sit down to relax with your video, and this is the video 😆

Pam: all crafters spend time trying to keep organized. It’s not easy. I just stopped buying stuff about two years ago. I have too much stuff. I only buy what I need. “Intentional Purchasing.”
Haha. I’m doing my best! Carol from California
I feel so understood and validated!!!😂
I say the same things to myself. Still like watching you go thtough things, its fun to look at all the stuff
OH LAWD I have a huge stack of those industrial green mechanical illustration stencils TOO! I graduated in technical illustration in 1987! LOL.
Brave lady!!!!
My drawers look like that😂 I organize mine and they get right back the way they were. 😊great video thanks for sharing
Good morning Love. I’m right here with you & ready to craft. Let’s do this. lol 😅
I should be doing this with you!!!!!!💜
LoL I totally relate with this. But watching you go through this and remembering watching you use some of them. I have a bunch too that I never use them.
You have drawers of mayhem, Pam. But all my stuff is still in boxes!🤣🤣
Thank you for this video. I really enjoyed it!
Love this video! I would be the same if I had the space! You definitely have some great stencils! Happy future stenciling!
Omg! I love you! So funny! I needed this! I do this exact same thing repeatedly throughout the year. 😂😂😂❤❤❤
! This sounds like a good system. Do you punch a hole in the stencil? What about the thin lacy ones…do they rip? How do you deal with them getting tangled?
Kinda easy to get side tracked when cleaning, you find all kind of stuff 😁😁😁
You have so much stuff! What about putting some bundles on your Etsy store?!
Omg!😅😅...❤ I love it Pam, and I haven't even watched it yet bcuz I am at work, BUT AS SOON AS I GET OFF! This makes me soooooo, so happy!! Just to see your stuff!!! Can't wait to watch this!😅😅🙌🏾👍🏽
I store mine in a folder in page protectors with coloured papers as backgrounds so you can see the design as you flip through ...❤️
Good Morning ❤
Pam, that acetate is valuable to a crafter. You might think of including some in your paper packs. 😊 Have a great day.
Organization takes time and concentration but in the end it’s a good thing! I can take clutter only for a very short time. Guess it was because I was such a clutter bug as a teenager!
Also a stencil fan but binder storage-nope 😆Well done for reckoning 🩵🐾📚👏
'prevent them from running amok and bothering family...' LOLOLOLOL
I keep my stencils in page savers in a big binder with black cardstock behind. I find them easy that way but I'm also bad about putting them away!
