Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Literally my very first attempt i got blood puppy and she won the challenge for me singlehandedly, actually made it fun as well

I remember beating this challenge when Fiend Folio first dropped for Repentance, at I could only do it in the cheesiest way possible.
Basically, a trap door spawned in my first treasure room, which gave me Kidney Bean btw, so I took the opportunity and booked it to the next floor. From there, I just used Kidney Bean to clear out the three rooms before the boss, and I beat the challenge from there. It took like 30 attempts to get that run lol.
This looks insane and the enemies seem so cool
just commenting cuz i finally got dead god on my first save file, 775 hours later. the last two items i needed was Death Certificate and TmTrainer. funny enough, within maybe 2 or 3 tries, i played greed mode with T Keeper hoping to get what i needed in the shop. i came across steam sale, kept buying and rerolling items, eventually came across spindown dice, once i saw a specific item that was a few items past death certificate, i would spindown, and with quick recharge and batteries i was able to reroll into death certificate and picked up TmTrainer. probably my most satisfying game completion of all time, having 38 platinums on playstation, yet binding of isaac held the most enjoyment and love in my heart. love your videos matt, you gave me and everyone else laughter and tons of knowledge. have a blessed week

Cold pizza is good if it’s from a place like domino’s. Something about the sauce there makes it hard to eat when hot, but when cold the sauce is completely fine and I could eat as much of the pizza I want.

Honestly, an "enemies copy over once to the next uncleared room" challenge would be cool. It could go on longer, since there's fewer enemies, and the "uncleared" part would mean you couldn't cheese it by just using a cleared room to fight one room's worth of enemies again each time.
Or you could prolongate it as it is right now, but starting with Sacred Orb or just Quality 3+ items on every item pool only.
Making it similar to echo chamber with the last 3 rooms would be cool, and add interesting strategy around 2x2 and treasure rooms I think
