@@johanna.m.dela-cruz I have another question : I'm using carl zeiss zencore and axiocam color 305. How can I go about recording a 24 hours stream without taking a ton of space on my SSD (zencore generates .czi files that are huge, like 6 gigs for 30 seconds files).
Hi again ! I want to export an .obj (wavefront) file from the 3d interactive surface plot. Is it possible? because when I went the normal way (file>save as) it resulted in a 2d file, not a rotatable obj file which can be imported to powerpoint for instance.
Hi Farid. Unfortunately, the interactive 3D surface plot plugin does not offer any other way to save the surface plot. You could try using 3D Viewer, and display the image as a surface plot, then create the animation for rotation.
@@johanna.m.dela-cruz Thanks for your reply. Indeed Image J is unable to directly generate wavefront obj / stl files from the interactive 3d surface plot. Another solution I found is Microsoft 3D Builder (blender is a hassle lol). Thanks again !
Great comparison of the many threshold methods in Fiji! Thanks! 🙂
@electronmicroscopist1986, Thanks for supporting my channel.
Thank you for this excellent tutorial, it's really helpful.
Thanks for watching. 😊
Hey! Great video. I'm completely new to fiji and was wondering : is it possible to convert czi files into mp4 or any other standard video format?
Hi @FaridDE. You can save your .czi files as .AVI.
@@johanna.m.dela-cruz of course wow thank you. My laptop was taking too much time opeining and rendering 234 frames - thanks for the help again.

Hi johana. Will you be able to make a tutorial on TrajClassifier and TrackAnalyzer?
Thanks
Hi Jamila. I haven’t used those plugins, but I’ll look into it. Thanks for your suggestion.
