    Im trying to do intensity plot profiles for holllow particles and filled particles, but the curves are not smooth how do i smoothened curves..? Im learning a lot from your videos being food physicist i had no idea about image analysis. Thanks for the videos

      Hi @SmilingDodoBird-uc8mu. Thanks so much for your nice comment. I'm happy that you find my tutorials useful.
      If you are doing the standard plot profile, you can try to add a minimum error smooth line through your data. Just click on the Data button below the plot, then 'Add Fit'. Depending on how your plot looks like, select a fit function that will be appropriate for your image.
      Another way to do this is with BAR. Go to BAR>Analysis>Smoothed Plot Profile (after you have drawn your line ROI). This should plot both your raw and smoothed data, which you can then save.
