I manage to book at Disfrutar Barcelona, awarded by The Best Restaurants this 2023 as the best Restaurant in Spain, best Restaurant in Europe and second best Restaurant in the World.
For many, Disfrutar Restaurant is the successor to El Bulli. It has been a forerunner of modern cuisine and its tasting menu exudes haute cuisine at its best. I have had the opportunity to eat there and I will tell you about their menus (Classic and new techniques) as well as if it is worth eating in this award-winning restaurant.
