OMG i've always wanted to go to japan but i'm coeliac and i thought that gluten free food would be too difficult to find so finding out that there is not just one but TWO WHOLE gluten free people in japan has literally made my day
I had to do a gluten free diet for a while because they thought I had Celiac (it ended up being gastroparesis) and even in the US the struggle was real, I can't imagine how hard it'd be in Japan 🥲

I moved to Japan about a month ago and inadvertently became a morning person since my partner wakes up at 7:15 for his job, but this honestly makes me so nostalgic for New York!! I miss the rats and the nightime chaos :') I'll have to get out into Amemura at night one of these days. On that note, I have an Osaka cafe recommendation!! I have no idea how often you end up in Kansai, if at all, but if you're in Osaka you HAVE to go to Kitahama Retro if you haven't been before. The building is from 1912, but it's western style, and they specialize in British teas and goodies! Their scones are amazing (cookies were just ok imo) but there's also an upstairs cafe with sandwiches and tea and all that. All their items are really cute (perfect Omiyage) and the interior is beautiful as well. I bet you'd love it! I recommend both their Earl Grey Tea and the Orange Scone :)

I am very much so a night person, I love being outside at night, and since I’ve started college, I’m able to go do things with friends, like getting dinner and stuff, and it’s so much fun going out when it’s dark
Honestly I am more of a day person I love checking out some local cafes here and allowing myself to read while drinking something warm. Although sometimes at night I do sleep as well just depending how I feel but yeah I like the day because you can get more things done. I really enjoyed watching this video btw and you content.
Im definetly more of a morning person because I love the time in the morning and how much more you can do and productive I feel when I wake up early. Plus i get tired pretty early and need my 8 hours of sleep haha. But i do really enjoy going out at night occasionally, haha but i think I only enjoy it because I dont do it too often, If I overdid it I would just feel exhausted. Also this video was really interesting, because it was really different and insightful to see what the streets were like late at night especially from two woman's perspective. Also I hope this comes out ok, but I'm not sure whether you do not drink for any medical or personal reasons or its just a preference, but either way, I liked how you showed fun things to do at night there even if you are someone who doesnt drink or want to (which I think going out late at night tends to be associated with) , and its cool how you were able to do kind of what you do during the day but with a new environment/ atmosphere

I find that when it passes 9 o'clock, I suddenly get this burst of productive energy to get things done. finishing my homework, cleaning my house, start a new hobby, etc! I also work evening/closing shifts. However, i envy those morning people! It looks like a dream to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee while getting stuff done throughout the day. Hopefully one day I can go from a night person to morning person 😸

Waking up to the silence of the waking world, the smell of fresh tea and sizzling breakfast, the way the air feels still and unbothered, the energy that slowly seeps into your waking bones. If there was a club with anime music i think i would go and have a good time though. Actually the vlog reminded me of one of my favourite animes, call of the night is it's name. P.S. I'm also the kind of person who would ALWAYS rather be at home, but there have been a couple times I've missed the last train in korea. when people aren't drinking, sometimes it's nice to hang out in 24hr cafes, or sleep overnight in a sauna/spa. but i'm still always the person who orders a taxi to go home earlier than everyone else lol I'd name my street rat Kimmie. don't know why, but she sounds like a fun time.

I'm also the kind of person who would ALWAYS rather be at home, but there have been a couple times I've missed the last train in korea. when people aren't drinking, sometimes it's nice to hang out in 24hr cafes, or sleep overnight in a sauna/spa. but i'm still always the person who orders a taxi to go home earlier than everyone else lol

The thing is, I am a night person... AT HOME! I don't want to go out at night (other than maybe a nice stroll or a night drive, I do love night drives!), but I live for nights and I come alive at night and then I obviously do anything and everything I want... at home... at night, you know like play videogames, watch shows, watch youtube, and just relax! ❤
