It’s just some water and oils that can help revolumize and style curls again, you can spray it in your hair and scrunch or diffuse it on low to help restyle your hair after wash days! also, i really appreciate your honesty with just skipping saturday because you had a bad mental health day, i really want to normalize having those (for myself as well). i've been taking antidepressants for maaaanyyyyyyy years and I sometimes get like "I SHOULD BE GOOD NOW, I HAVE TO FOLLOW ALL MY PLANS AND BE OUTGOING, I NEED TO PUT MYSELF OUT THERE" but sometimes you just need to take some rest for yourself, sit in bed with tea for a day, and I think that's so healthy to do!
