A leader and mentor to many in DBS today, Tse Koon spent decades as a mentee himself, having begun his career in banking as a management trainee 30 years ago. Chatting with Jackie Tham, the owner of popular nasi lemak stall Hon Ni Kitchen and who also regularly mentors hawker apprentices, they share what being a good mentor truly means, as well as the importance of gratitude and never forgetting our roots.
Hon Ni Kitchen is located at Blk 216 Bedok North Street 1 (#01-07) and is open from 5.30am-1pm from Tuesday to Saturday (closed on Sunday and Monday).
