  • Do you struggle to do football juggling freestyle skills like around the world? You’re not alone. Growing up, I could barely juggle in soccer, let alone do juggling moves in front of my teammates. In this video, I show you 4 juggling freestyle skills and give you tips to help you learn how to do them yourself! These moves are around the world in both directions, as well as hop the world and how to do double around the worlds. While you’ll never use these moves in a game, juggling is important for footballers since it will help improve your ball control, first touch, and will make you more confident on the ball which will help you play to your best in games!

From the past few days you have seen that I have commented manna comments about football I am 14 years old and been playing for one year only I am in my school it has very less football matches about four a year only in tournaments as I started so late there are many children younger than me who play much better than me and I am difficulty getting spot in my school team if I am not even best in my school team how can I go to play professionally in India with 1 billion people my biggest weakness is our speed of play awareness and some technical skills we do not have many players at home so I cannot train 11 aside matches I have very less experience we have one or two training per week but they are very less and I always think about performing in those training as well as this can cause me to get out of the team aur just dismotivate player around me are improving so fast but I am very slowly can you understand what I am trying to say please guide me you are a great player and a great person 💗 I am just very conscious about my career as there is so much competition around me I have to balance school as well please give me some long-term steps to follow like those which I have to achieve in 1 year 2 year 1 month etc specific time so that I have a program to follow I am a child and cannot afford a programs online for moneyas doller is very expensive in India a ball only cost like 10 dollors but training programs are like 100 dollors compare this this may take a dozen of minute to answer but can shape my football career plz 🙏🙏🙏🙏 you are very underrated

Thank you so much for commenting!! You’re so kind! I can see how motivated you are to succeed!
I have a great video that will be coming out in a few weeks that will help you a lot! In it, I’m going to share with you how to design your own training sessions. That way you can make your own training program. If you need drills for it then that’s where the videos on my channel comes in! It will make sense when that video comes out👍🏼
Sometimes it improvement feels slower than it is, and sometimes it is slower but it speeds up! Growth isn’t a straight line unfortunately.
The best way to improve is train consistently. If you want to play professional, you should be playing no less than 6 days a week! So if team training and games only happen three times a week, then you should be training on your own at least 3 times a week! I hope this helps🫶🏼

I was really demotivated when I took a few days off and then struggled with some technical abilities and now knowing that growth isn't a always a straight line motivates me to train consistently again

That’s awesome!! It’s hard to be patient with your training, but work hard and have faith in your work and the results will come! Unfortunately it usually takes longer than we’re wanting it to!

Yes! Did you see my reply to your message from a couple days ago? You want to pick drills that you can easily track progress. For example, set two cones 6 yards apart. Dribble down and back in a figure 8 pattern for 30 seconds. Count how many times get down and back, write it down, and test again but give it at least a month. That’s just one example, I hope this helps!
