Dough:
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white sugar
1 cup mashed potato flakes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup warm water
3/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup milk (warm)
5-6 cup flour
Chocolate filling:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Glaze:
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp corn starch
5 cups whipping cream
2 cups corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Do you freeze the leftovers? How would you package that for the freezer?
Yes I would freeze it, and normally I bake these rolls in a glass baking pan with a lid, if not, than I just cover it with clear plastic!!
