One important thing. Press your thumb on the bottom of the ball. Don't know why, that's just how my mom, and all my aunts did it. Personally, I would drop some Louisiana hot sauce in the divot for an even more enjoyable experience. Tia would always scold me for this. Did it anyways.

Is there a reason the bananas weren't folded in to the pudding with the whipped cream?

They taste really good, I made them today, I just didn't look in description, so I did what the recipe showed in the video, in the video it says 6 tbsp baking soda, I should have listened to my gutt when I thought that was too much, after my daughter told me in description it says 6 tsp. I dont think I have ever seen a DTS as a bummer! Things have changed there in Kona though. More youth oriented. Louder music, coconut grove. A lot more stores.

This cookies are good if you add only 2 tsb baking soda and 4 baking powder. If you do 6 TBSP soda and 12 powder it is very bitter.
