Positive natural hospital birth story for our first child using hypnobirthing. It is possible to have an unmedicated hospital birth with no epidural as a first time mom.
I gave birth to my first child after practicing hypnobirthing using a self study course for 3 months. We had a hypnobabies instructor as our doula. The birth story starts at the onset of the bloody show. Early labor begins the next day as I spend the day like any other day until the contractions were getting stronger. We used natural remedies to manage the sensations and make the contractions barrable.
