- 👋 In todays review we check out the 2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i and what an SUV this is!! It is stylish on the exterior, being mostly white with the staggered wheels and black accents, it gives it such a great look! The steep rake to the rear glass not only provides a great coupe like design, but also doesn't hinder interior spacer or rear seat passenger head room! The rest of the interior is spot on with premium feeling materials like carbon fiber, brushed aluminum and heated leather seats! It has a ton of standard safety features and a lot of information in general that can be easily controlled in the center infotainment system! The driving aspect to this car is really where it shines! BMW is known for making really good handling sportscars, and they do a great job of bringing over that sportiness to the SUV lineup! The 2023 BMW X6 xdrive40i drives very nice even without the adaptive suspension! It handles well for it's weight and the paddles are even very responsive which is nice to see! This would be a great daily driver for sure!! The 2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i is the best blend between wanting a sportscar, but also needing the practicality of an SUV along with even being able to tow which is great to see from this sporty coupe like SUV! This is also more on the base level for the X6 as you can also go with the X6 M Competition which we have also reviewed! If you really want some great horsepower out of your family SUV, that's the model to go with!

Totally agree - it's the best of both worlds and looks like it was spec'd to the tee. I have a 2020 G06 and traded my 2020 G05 for it because I wanted more of the sporty look Someone said that you don't buy an X6 because you need one, but because you want one and it's so true. Great review...

Some might ask why, but I’m trading my M2 for one one these after driving my wife’s x5 and starting the conversations of a family. The M50i was just a bit more and the x6 comp was over the top. Can’t wait for my Manhattan Metálic to arrive soon. They even gave me the option of picking it up at the factory. These cars don’t drive like an suv. They are amazing ! Great review and video !
If you want some performance and need that practicality, the X6 is a great option!

Love this SUV and this review. I just bought my 2023 X6 and drove it 16 hours from Washington, DC to Mississippi and back...nonstop. It was reassuring that the car (helped) me stay in my lane and even showed me a list of coffee spots after telling me that I seem to be fatigued. Do all the X6s have the net on the rear window? I will have to check when I get back to my SUV. But what the heck are those slots for on the back seats next to the USB chargers?
Thanks for sharing! It’s a sweet bmw! Most should have that but it could be an option and that area is to attach a tablet so you could watch something and not have to hold it. It’ll charge too with the usb-c’s!

I love my X5, especially for practical purposes, but I might need to take a hard look at the X6 next time I'm in the market for a new car.
What would make you change?? Less practical than the X5 as far as cargo space.
I have this car in blue with black merino interior. Such a perfect car, especially with the B&W sound system, lane keeping assist and sky lounge - my favorite features. I’m normally traveling so only get to enjoy my car on the weekends which is why I’m watching this video now 😂
My dad just picked one up I’m excited to drive it. Although I test drove a bmw M550i for him and it totally ruined cars for me 😂 that thing is my new dream car
Hi I have the same car on run flats.
In the back at cargo area you have a tier if you run into a flat you can reassemble
And put original tire in the trunk and the spare tire instead
So my question is, what’s the size of the rim and tire on that car because mine comes with the space, but no tire I would like to get one for future just in case
I only said the diameter of the wheel, not sure on the rest. Just go off of what you’re car has, that’ll be the easiest.
I like the Style but after driving the X3 M40I I was sold and much better value for the Money 💰.

They are both cool! We took the MB on the dragon and it was so much fun! I’m sure the X6 would perform the same! But personally I’d take the X6 because it’s easier to use all the tech, MB has way too much for my liking so I’d go bmw! th-cam.com/video/ntrrA26AqSE/w-d-xo.html

I’m assuming you can’t upgrade the curved big display from the 2024 model in the 2023 ?
I doubt it. Would probably cost a fortune to try. Might as well just trade in your car for a newer one

This is a lovely car to drive, but I don't know why I love BMW X 3 this much . If could ever be able to afford to buy a car and BMW believe me if it's BMW I definitely buy BMW X3. I love that car a lot.

Shouldnt bee too crazy. Especially if you do oil changes yourself. But maybe $500 a year in maintenance.

My husband and I both like this car and I hope it's not as loud when I test drive it. If it's such a noisy bumpy ride, I will have to choose a Mercedes. I love the exterior of this but if it drives like a sports car it will be a deal breaker for me.
I wouldn’t say it drives like a sportscar! It’s pretty smooth and comfortable to drive!

Drab interior again
What’s that mean?
I was thinking to downgrade from 23 Cayenne GTS to this X6 and I’m glad I don’t plan to. The new BMW steering wheel is just terrible . BMW legacy is detriorated. Now I realized what some reviews saying the steering nonfeel
