Why? I swear to God this game just creates its own problems. Instead of balancing things, it goes way too far to one side. Move damage meant nothing almost, and to fix that, they now go so far to the left that it can take out 4-5 6sg with one hit. Scopley seriously has to have the dumbest staff there. I have played the game for years and somehow they never seem to surprise me.
