Being a West Ham fan, I will say that I’ve noticed that Fornals can track back and create a 5 at the back when needed. Cresswell then shifts into Left Centre back. Also, Soucek has also been known to run into the box on occasion so a wide overload isn’t always the go-to thing
If West Ham can buy a good striker in the January transfer window to give them back up if Antonio is fatigued or injured then they’ll go on to challenge for a champions league spot.. if Lingard returns as has been mentioned then even better.. thank you for these interesting tactical breakdowns..

Not sure it will be sustainable as the tactics demand highly skilled players. So I wonder what they will do if they have an injury crisis. But they are sure a joy to watch for West Ham fans

Well, this analysis may be what Sir Alex saw through in David when he passed his mantle onto him when he retired from managerial profession in 2013...probably and convicingly. But we all know United, due to their football culture and influence was not ready for that kind of patience. So does with the players during his brief tenure at United. But thats just my silly opinion.
