World famous blueberry pancakes! You all do such an,amazing intro video segment. The aerial views and music set the mood. Keep on doing what you do! People like the consistency in who you both are and the joy you bring to the world. Take care of your Princess! 😊👑
One of the best videos I've seen. Folks just enjoying their lives
I love when you say you are not afraid of those spiders, but then jumped when it started moving. I watched it three times. Loved it. laughed out loud.
😂😂😂😱👾🕷️🕸️
Lol
Me too 😂
It was cute. 😆 🤣
Omg thank you for the best laugh of the day. When you said I no longer have a fear of this spider and it started moving, and you jumped like a sprinter I laughed my ass off.! Thank you so much for not editing that out.
My husband and I were just there and we had camp site #9. Great campground, the owner was super nice. 😊
There's that amazing Spanish guitar again beautiful sounds makes me want to dance.
Love, love the desert scenery! Maybe I'm biased cuz I'm from AZ 🌞That Mexican restaurant looked like a BIG score! The guac looked amazing! I love fresh Mexican food! But Cody, you lost me at cow tongue on a street taco, YUCK!! And Kelly, the Ocotillo is pronounced O-KO-Tee-YO 😊 It's probably my favorite desert place. In the spring they are green with red blooms at the ends! IT's just gorgeous! That's my favorite time of year in the desert - spring time! That's when the desert blooms 😊 Yikes! Tarantula! Be careful Cody, they can jump! And scorpions are plentiful, the baby scorpions carry more venom, so be careful! Also, there are rattlers and coyotes and mountain lions, so just be aware of them and be careful! In conclusion, I love, love the music in the background. It's perfect! Thanks for sharing.
Great video. Truck Camping ROCKS!
I love that Terelingua looks like a nothing run down nothing that its got such vibrant treats and views! Thats coming from a texan who knows just haven been!
Exceptional video Kellie and Cody. Love the background music, very catchy dance wise. 💯💖😍💖💯
I just love watching you cook❤❤❤
Kellie, I love your look with your long locks and that hat!!
That was a great place to eat. We loved it! Terralingua is a great place!
I love when you two bike ride but..oh boy..it looks rough and speedy. Be safe guys.m
Wow, that’s like another world out there! Thanks for taking us along for the ride lol ! Literally 😆
Love 💕 the new set up and your pet spider 🕷.
Cody: I loved seeing you wear your CHOSEN T-Shirt in one of your recent vlogs.
I really like each of your Hats. They fit you.
It is truly inspiring to see the van life from many perspectives. You bring a really nice unique view of it and the experience as well. I have been thinking about getting my own van for a long time, but always get sucked into convincing myself not to do it, even internally I know it is the right thing to do. Watching your videos might be the thing that pushes me over the line to gain the confidence to make that leap. Thank you and keep creating :)
It'd honestly be a good time to get one with what happened in Ohio. When a tragedy strikes, you simply move on.
It's time for a west coast trip 😎😎
Great music track on the video. Another excellent video. You two rock!
Tomatillo green sauce mix with sour cream enchiladas. They look really good.
Love your videos, especially your choice of music in them. Keep exploring, I love getting to tag along!
Loved the mariachi music
That music was perfect for the bike ride 😅‼️So glad you had a great time. I'd hate camping there tho to be honest. I need my trees ❤️‼️🙋 not a sun person. Thx 4 the new vlog. You do such a great job 💕😊
I live trees too
The whole giant spider thing would have me blasting! Lol
Cody you really are getting amazing with these videos!
Also you both make a great team!
I came across a tarantula movement or run in
Central Cally once. Thousands of Tarantulas all moving at once. Possibly there were millions of them. You could not help but run them over trying to get the hell out of there. I ha e since heard about this from other people but never really studied or read up on it.
Wild beautiful scenery. I hope you do some mountains soon.
Viva Terlingua! Great place to spend the winter.
Heated the syrup by the burner while cooking on the intro. Slick!
That's real tex-mex, the best. Great Video!
ocotillo sounds like Oco-tea-yo, the 2 L’s sounds like a Y in Latin American. Great video! I have Big Bend on my bucket list.
Amazing “b” roll guys! Your work is incredible and I’m so happy every single time I watch your work. Keep it going guys! I’m pretty sure your going to hit 100k soon. I’m sure you can find a spot on your camper wall for that shiny piece of framed silver. Love it!!
I like the music you e been playing guys, lol.
Like the Bikes!
Very good looking hat Cody...
I love the thumbs up at the very end. 😁 That ride looked really challenging.
(ta ke REE a) taqueria
Looked yummy!
Enjoyed the video, beautiful country. You mentioned scorpions, I have been bite twice by one. The pain is terrible and lasts awhile. Oncexwascwhen we moved into our new home 50 years ago and then one got me when I reached to pick up my ironing board. We started having our house spray every 3 months and never see anything. Have fun and be careful. God Bless.
I've never mountain biked before, but you made it look like a lot of fun! It was fun to "come along" on an activity that I don't do myself and in an environment that is not as familiar to me. That's what's fun about youtube...we can have an inside look at what other people enjoy doing and the places and people that they enjoy visiting. Thanks for sharing what you enjoy with us!! We are all richer for it!
Thanks for posting! I learned fairly early in my life that if you don’t want to bed down with a bunch of critters, ZIP UP THE DOOR! Haha
As a child I had an aversion to spiders and ticks. (I still do).
My family decided to do a multigenerational camping trip at the Piney Bay campground. We arrived right before dark and the first thing my Aunt announced was that she found a tick on her neck. Well, great!
I did not sleep well that night nor did I have a good day the next day. There was an infestation (according to my memories) of granddaddy long legs. Before I would enter the tent later that day, I insisted that my mom debug it. I slept right through that night because I was exhausted from no sleep and being hyper alert all day.
We all got on each other’s nerves and the adults decided that the fun should stop a day early. Lol
You’re videos always leave me wanting more. Just keep getting better all the time!
Same here. Dome Life is my faaavorite !!!
Another awesome video! Love the photography and soundtracks! Well done!
Another great video. Thanks
Very cool video.
Can't wait to visit there.
Thanks
Hola from southern New Mexico🌶️🌵...Really did enjoyed the bike ride. 🚲 So Kellie when you cook I want to go eat.😋. Once when I was weed eating I had a tarantula jump up onto the porch which was quite a distance. Sure made me jump. Lol
I have never been to Texas . I don’t think I’d like it when it’s hot outside. AND the tarantulas 😳… omg & the thought of a scorpion , li’d be in the camper the whole time scared lol .
PS I’m scared of snakes too 😬.
Thanks for the cool bike ride footage , I felt like I was riding too .
Love seeing the development of TH-cam creators…been watching for a long time now and your videos keep getting more professional each episode. I know how many hours of editing that takes so congrats on your success! Happy camping!
Cody the music to this video is on point brother! Love it with the spectacular views!! Glad y'all are still in God's country Tejas! It looks so enjoyable, especially when you revisit your old friends, you can see your happiness.
Kelly's wolf shirt rules! lol
@ 4:29 Because the sun light, not a flaming ball sending heat 93 million miles through freezing minus 455 degrees space. The heat we feel is the light heating earth surface, particles in the air and everything the light hits.
Ya'll got me craving Mexican food. There is nothing like authentic. Beautiful scenery, even if 90% of the plants will bite you if you so much as brush by them. Stay safe and God bless.
Hi! Guys! Love your videos! Awesome production videography! You guys Rock! 😊❤
Getting ready to head to Big Bend in April and already have a reservation there at Rancho Tapanga based on some of your previous videos. Kelly, thanks for the little grounds tour, most helpful. I think I will ask Guy if we can get that site up on the hill. When I was talking to him on the phone, I told him I found out about his place through one of your videos and he said that you guys had just left that day. So I pretty much knew where you were going to be for this video. So looking forward to this April trip to Big Bend. -Cheers
So much diversity in Texas. Born and raised in Austin but I've been out West to the desert and mountains (Big Bend NP , Guadalupe Mtns NP) and East all the way to the swamps of Caddo Lake. Never been super North or South yet (though I suppose South Padre Island counts!). Have yall been to Palo Duro Canyon in North Texas? I hear it's great!
P.S. someone pls tell Kelly that a double L in Spanish is a Y sound 😆
I know you guys love that place but to me it’s looks like a bomb went off 😂 have fun love watching you two
Loving the hats, guys!
Wow, the old west still lives in the remote rangeland west of the Pecos!
glad you like this place for me it is desolate but to each his own
One of the best intro I've seen. Good job
Such a magical place!! Been twice on a motorcycle. First time on my adventure bike, rode river road east and a couple others. VERY technical but awesome!! Next on the Harley Davidson on all paved roads. I am wanting to bring wife with the Jeep and explore even more. Love your videos. Safe Travels!!
Spot #2 is where its at!
Your video is good,Made professionaly, the back sound is also nice to hear,my suggestion Is also to display the atmosphere at night,it Will definitely be more interesting ,because there are many natural phenomena at night, trims bro.....😉
Unfortunately we do not have a camera for that lighting
I’ve found scorpions in Colorado. First I have ever seen 1, and there a bit scary for me, and I had our dog w/ me, we finally left and went back home.
I could spend a month there and not see it all. If ya'll get a chance to raft the Rio Grande raft trip, you won't regret it. I went with Big Bend Boating and Hiking Company on tx 118. They were great!
I envy you because you get to experience so many different environments. From the Ozarks to the desert in Texas is a big change. Make sure to check out the Superstition mountains and the Usery Mountain Park if you get a chance.
Rancho Topango. We’ve stayed there before.
Freaking awesome, you guys. Isn’t this area fantastic? Really love it. Such great hikes and views. Quiet with beautiful sunrise and sunset. We need to return…and soon.
Came across your channel 3 days ago. I must say I have been to many of the same places and you guys do an amazing job of capturing all the big and little things. I think I've spent about 30hrs watching trying to decide on my next hike.
Great opening instrumental music Cody!👍
Live the video's, keep them coming!
Thanks for showing us all the great places to eat in Terlingua when we get back down there. Have you ever taken a walk through the cemetary there? It’s very unique!
No we haven’t
@@CodyandKellie there’s a lot of interesting, historical tombstones in there. I learned a lot about the culture after looking up online about different things I saw there. Terlingua is a very ineresting place!
Fun! All except for the giant spider.🕷😳
Awesome adventures ❤❤
Another great video.
Cool tarantula!
Would love to see a comparison vid between functionality of your last set up and this one. You guys have mentioned lots of things when talking about the new rig. It would be cool to see a full vid comparing your experience in the two.
Great ending Cody!
Thanks this was real nice! I enjoyed it very much.
I’m a Service Manager at the Walkons in Odessa,Tx would love to feed you and Kelly ❤
You guys last road mountain bikes at copper harbor I believe!
I love your camper!
Beautiful video, and I always salivate when you show the cooking and meal for the day 😂 BTW, I went to the campground website. A bit out of our budget when the cost is $20 per person per night Ouch! A family of 4-5 would cost upwards of $100 a day 😮 Camping used to fit nicely for families on a modest hourly wage, its become the activity of the middle class and I can see it becoming the vacation for the wealthy in the not too distant future ☹️ We used to camp in our 20’s in early to mid 1980’s and any State Park and National Park was $8-$10, private campgrounds were $20+ we were looking forward to retiring and having great low cost vacations when we retired, its slowly evaporating. State Parks and National parks are $35-$160 per night private campgrounds are getting silly with prices as much as $300+ per night and they are full! 😂 I missed the boat to getting rich I guess 😢
We completely understand. Sounds like the housing market. That why we chose to live in a camper.
RJKay, that is only west Texas and Big Bend area. Everything East is trees and beautiful but still hot and humid in summer. Then you have the Beach in South Texas. You would like it if you camped here in the winter in South Texas.
We did last year in our tent
That really is a nice area. I like having more vegetation. The ocotillo cactus is my favorite! The blooms are red- orange and cover almost the entire branch. It's pronounced O-ko-tee-yo. Two L's together in Spanish are pronounced with a Y sound. What I wondered about mountain biking in the desert is - have you ever startled wildlife? Rattlers, javalina? I guess you all would be startled! Great drone photography as usual Cody!
Hola 👋 from southern New Mexico🌶️🌵...also learned that they are known as the cowboy torch. Flowers from the top and comes down thus the Cowboy torch😊
Rules for steaks. Well, my rules. Lol! Gotta show em cut…they looked great but gotta expose em a little for us that are eat with our eyes…
Looks fun! I'd worry a little bit about Rattlesnakes on the trail...
Ocotillo is pronounced ah-co-tee-o. Two Ls are the y sound.😊
So what is taking over van life I missed it
Just one example of what could be replacing vans.
@@CodyandKellie I know I was just joking, stay safe y'all
Check out the book: Big Bend - A Homesteaders
's Story by J.O. Langford and Fred Gipson (Old Yeller. Fascinating story of early settlers to the area before it was a park.
Wow. Hope you never wipe out! Then again I'm old so very scary to me. Love the hats. Cow tongue. Gross 😝 rather starve 🤣 be safe watch for rattler. Scorpions 🦂....oh you could have that tranchula for a pet. 🦂🕷....Rosemary is good with Pork. Just saying 😌
❤
Last time you guys rode was I think...... Pacific Northwest?? Colorado?
Are those awnings new I don't remember seeing them before.
There came with it. Just don’t use them that often.
Kellie would like to help with your Spanish language pronunciation when you see 2 LL's together it's pronunciation is the "y" sound,Ocotillo (ō"kə-tē yō)
Hey guys love that camp ground. Would a 22ft travel trailer fit in those spots and what’s the name of the place again. Thanks
No nothing that big will fit. We realized our old rig wouldn’t have worked. It’s pretty much a tent campground that allows some overlanding rigs.
@@CodyandKellie thanks
I wonder how hot it would be in the summer with no shade on those camping spots
Very very hot. Not the time to be there
When riding gravel/rocky trails like that do you run lower tire air pressure? Is the campground your at private owned?
No we don’t air down because of the camper. The campground is privately owned.
@@CodyandKellie I'm apologize I was not clear with my question. Do you air down your bicycle tires when riding gravel and loose rock MTB trails?
Sorry,I played it3times,where were tour bikes stored?
In the truck
What is the name of the Mexican music? I love it at the end of the video? Please?
