      Good point, it's more or less not a problem, I just have it off through eye contact but then it looks unnatural, I'll try to work something out for the next video. Thanks for the feedback

    For someone stuck in 2017 intel 27” purgatory… bc I really don’t want 24”, yet a new shiny toy sure sounds nice, I appreciate this break down regarding the worth of nickel & dimes upgrade confusion apple gives the novice. 😅 Keep up the good work sir!

      If you would like to make yourself happy so I recommend to buy a Ma mini with M2 Pro, to do any size monitor according to your preferences if you do not overdo it with the size so it can then together with the mini hang on the VESA holder and to do wireless keyboard and mouse and you have the ultimate setup with levitating monitor, besides the fact that it looked awfully cool you will have a damn powerful device.
      Anyway, thanks for taking the time to comment. If you're celebrating Christmas have an otherwise happy Sunday.

    I was thinking about getting the iMac for my personal computer and also to run iRacing on it. Is this overkill??

    , in my opinion, 8Gb not enough. 16GB a-ok, I got 24Gb without a second thought, since working with music (logic), video (Final Cut Pro) and Photoshop. EVERYTHING IS FINE. WONDERFUL! My best computer purchase ever.

      I totally agree 16GB is enough but when there is a budget why not buy a straight 24GB device to last you years. Great choice

    The base model is probably more than enough for me, but I'll probably buy the most powerful one just so it'll last me for a long time.

      Thanks to the introduction of Apple silicon we have practically reached the time when despite the large initial investment we get machines that can keep up with us longer than the machines based on intel so if you are planning a maximum configuration just because you expect that this machine will be with you for a long time then it is the right step.

    The M1 iMac doesn’t make sense because Apple will orphan it from operating system updates 3 years sooner than the M3 iMac

    • @TechPuppeteer
      @TechPuppeteer  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      This is definitely a good point I just wouldn't worry about Apple Silicon ending support in the announced period.

      @@TechPuppeteer As a reviewer, you probably get a new Mac frequently. Regular consumers are not so fortunate. Apple is very good about long term support, but generally 5 years after a product is no longer available for sale, the operating system updates are discontinued and the product is put on Apple's "obsolete" list.
