Just that you need to learn the Dutch language to B1 level and do nursing practical exams and you are good to go. That's nursing, I don't know about other humanities because Bachelor is universal. It depends on the transcript and the courses in the university if it aligns with theirs.

Madam, get an evaluation body to evaluate your first degree transcript and you’ll be surprised that it would be a degree equivalent to that of the Netherlands. Once you learn the language you’ll be good to work in your profession. People will ignorantly tell you that degree from Ghana can’t be used. It’s a big lie. Don’t listen to those talks. Netherlands is a very great country with opportunities for english speakers. Just put in some work to learn the language, you dont need to be perfect. the dutch people appreciate you for trying to integrate. Update you skills in terms with the latest software in your field, make a good cv, network with the right people and you can get a good job with your Ghanaian degree
