There are always two sides to a story. We just heard this guy's side. Don't be too quick to judge. The situation abroad is different from Ghana. When you allow someone to stay with you for a while, your landlord can evict you. It has happened to some of us. They should have explained to him. Also, when you travel prepare to be independent and learn to keep your mind shut especially about your plans. You never know what other people think of you. Be quick to go on your knees to God and be slow to open your mouth to others. Just as a side, I doubt an immigration officer really gave out his/her source.

Life! DJ Nyame, I wanted to know what happened to the guy who called the police on him. Was he given the supervisory role? Since Agyemang resumed work on his return to the UK, did he meet the guy again? What transpired between them afterwards? I wish to have answers to these queries. It is very disappointing and sad to hear such stories about how fellow Ghanaians treat others abroad. When did it start? Is there competition amongst them?
No one reported him to the police. The moment he approached immigration with his marriage, it triggered the officers to re-examine his case. He overstayed his visa, worked illegally, and now plans to marry. So, why is he trying to blame his friend for the consequences?
You will be successful whether in Ghana or the UK. You are hard working and are loved. But not all will like you, all the best for your future. The Pastor has been most helpful and took a big risk with you.
This guy would have been great if he stayed in Ghana. His greed cost him all these. You salry in Ghana was nothing but you had some supplementary budget. In euro it is you salary and nothing else. Your friend didn't and could not hide your passport. Be honest.
Is his story and said it how he experienced it just don’t jump into conclusions . It was his decision to travel and it’s your decision to stay . Live life how you want it
I think your brother betrayed him at his work place that's why you are saying that, where from the greedy he is? Who don't want good things for himself or herself.
nobody is talking his story away from him. His story just sounded too sweet to believe and if the dude was making such figures back home why is he here crying. Dude doesn't have document till now because the marriage collapsed. That money would given him a better life in Ghana 😂.
Beautiful story but I don’t like him thinking his friend and wife didn’t treat him well. Bro the fact that they took your passport and gave you a place to live is a big up. People are on the street. Owe it to them bro. Thank them on every platform you find yourself
So he wanted to live and sleep in the same space as his friend and partner for free for how long? Assuming they lived in a single room or one bedroom, how long did he want to be there for? Some of his stories sounds too good to be true, he also sounds like those people that will never be happy no matter what you do for them.
I think his issue is that they didn't inform him as such. It helps to be frank and honest with peers. May be he did not make any attempt to support the payment of bills, that is why they decided to rent for him.
Sometimes we should be grateful to people we come and settle with, be mindful always have a backup plan to moved out after 5 to 7months for staying with someone for free.
Hopefully people will learn to move out as soon as they get employment that pays enough to rent a room. Usually, people won't move out or help with the house bills even after they start working. It's not fair.

Something is really bugging me with this story because I am wondering why a friend that has been very kind to him and encouraged him to stay go behind his back to destroy him like that. Perhaps, he should have elaborated a bit more on the reasons why his friend turned his back on him or something must have happened between them which might have made him turned his back on him like that. I also find it difficult to comprehend his wife because it seems she went all the way to support our brother during the difficult times , ie, standing by him and travelling all the way to Ghana to support him.
