So I removed the stock silencer from stock exhaust as experiment but I cant get it back on anymore. The bolt hole just doesn't line up with the footpeg hole. It looks like I need to push the silencer 1-2cm more inside, but it just wont go. Its at the limit. Any tips? I rly dont know how to get the silencer back on.

I have a 350mm oval Delkevic silencer which without the baffle is loud enough. You must hate your neighbours!
So far they've not commented, but I feel their pain 😅 it's why I didn't keep it running long without the silencer haha
Dont you need to blank off the hole where the baffle screw originally went in?

I’m curious as to why you didn’t go with a longer Delkevic silencer. They make longer ones that would probably be similar to the Hawk.
