The team is in crisis and the players this season have been the ones letting themselves down. Every other goal conceded are from individual errors. No coach tells their team to concede in the first minute as part of the game plan The only criticism Xavi should be getting is his game management when the players fuck up but even then he can’t bring anyone else in because a team can only have so much u20 players on the field. No money to bring In talent so we are stuck playing the kids and with the injuries to half the first team players he’s still above atletico who by the media are having a good season. Xavi was and isn’t the problem but as a legend of the club he knows leaving could do a lot of good for the players mentality. Thats a legend right there.
