Un excelente álbum de Pepe, grabado cuando él era aún joven, con toda la energía consigo pero con la madurez de un guitarrista clásico consumado. Se luce con todas las obras, especialmente con "Capricho Árabe". Gracias.

thanks Bavo. This album is apparently not available on CD so I tried to clean up many of the pops and clicks from my vinyl copy using a computer program. I'm working on doing the same for another vinyl album I have "The Romeros Play Vivaldi". Stay tuned :)

Thank you for posting this album, one of my old favorites! I used to listen to this back in '80s over and over again until the casette tape got jammed in my player. 'Magic Flute' is maybe the best ever!

`FM放送で聴いたペペロメロの魔笛がこのレコードでした。当時、15歳だった自分は、とても一人で演奏していると思えず、録音したテープは擦り切れるほど聞きました。思えば、クラシックギターの世界にのめりこむきっかけとなった演奏。40年以上経った今聞いても感動します。

Esta temprana grabación tiene un sonido excelente. Las cuerdas suenan tan claras y limpias que hasta parecen de metal. Excelente, Pepe.
