No, it only records when it detects movement and saves around 1 minute clips.
30 sec max. If you are watching live you can record way more time. I still do not trust this camera. Notifications are not followed with an audible ding.
Thank you for your review. However, it's a 4k camera. Uploading your video at 1080p cannot due justice to its image quality.

No sim card only wifi.

You can download it to your phone and transfer it to your PC.

No, you can download it from the same Reolink app, its really easy.

TOTAL FAIL FOR US!
Returned it.
Hit and miss trying to connect to the camera most of the time. My phone is over 250mbps 5G data download.
App does not notify with audible ding. So you miss all the alerts. 4 days already trying all settings. NOTHING!
Battery is a joke. Solar panel takes forever to properly charge the camera even under intense Florida all day sun shine.
Bye bye! Refund!
I charged the battery first and then I connected the solar panel to keep the battery charged, be sure to check the cable, sometimes they only charge on one side so just flip it. I turned off notifications because I was overwhelmed with them, I don't know why they didn't work for you, probably some connectivity issues.
