Hello Tricky!!!!Watching 👍Which do you like the most... New work, or repairing older brick buildings! Good seeing ya!
New work is best 👌 I love doing garden walls more than anything else. I don't care what the shape height or length. I'll build it 🤣🤣🤣

Mum and dad 😆😆😆
Another good one mate🧱👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it bro ❤
Top trowel Tricky... 👍
Thank you 😊 buddy 😁😁
A man that has never made a mistake has done nothing ! Keeping it real 👏🏼
😉 it happens to us all 🤣🤣
@@trickybrickys it does indeed but if I’m totally honest it’s nice to see someone be real, it’s not like a mistake when you haven’t double checked a measuremen! mistakes happen it’s how you get over it that counts, I say that to my lad when he gets uptight and frustrated with himself 😊
Those gaff's must cost a bob or two judging by the chimneys, nice work as always Adam good on ya mate 🙋♂️
£1.2 million that one. There is a £1.6 million house on there . Its huge
Thought as much, live simple warm bed, clean shower, clean kitchen, feet up chill out 🙋♂️
Me 2 mate 1 bed flat 😁😁 happy as
Awesome work sir 👏👏👏👍
Thanks buddy. Hope your all good mate. 👍 long time ⌛️ 😊
Nowt to worry about really ad. Worse things happen in life mate! Nice full joints on internal bricks👍👍
Yes mate. 💪 build it strong 💪 you can't go wrong 👍😁😁
Lovely bit of work mate proper trowel you we all mess up sometimes knowing how to put things right that matters nice one tricky
Exactly bud 💯 👍
You must have been watching them dutch brickies to much on their electric woodbine's😂😂😂....... wild bond!!!! He calls it!!!
That's the baby. All fun and games 😂😂
Great job tricky
Cheers 🍻 mate
Great blog Adam nice little number there my son 👍
Yes mate. Lovely old job 😁😁😁
Great work tricky 👏👏👏 you did the course of bricks that way, I think , because you were filling in the middle that way and you was probably looking at it day dreaming 🤷 🤣 👍
I layed it straight after a tea break 🤣🤣🤣 😵💫😵💫😵💫
@@trickybrickys 🤣😂🤣👍
I thought I was going to nod off with them piano keys 😂😂 what an amateur getting the bond wrong 😉 you’d fit nicely working with A+A 😎
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I fancied a mellow tune lol. The birds we're singing. The sun was beating down apon my face 🌞🌞🌞 so I got a chilled 😎 🤪🤪
@@trickybrickys haha fair play 😂
Great job tricky. Have a great week 👍
😊😊😊 thank you Delvin
Great work Tricky. How do you stop the weight of that corner chunk of bricks squashing the mortar too much. Brilliant work Adam 😀
A Small bit of solid mortar in the muck. 😉😉
Well spotted. Looks a great job now.
I'm one of those curious layers from the u s. Is there no such thing as cord brick in the u k?
Also do you mainly use a lime mortar? I really really like the flu. Round like it should be and how it's contained. Where I live , there needs to be at least eight inches of masonry between the substrate and the smoke chamber. Wow, what I love to come out your way and do some work? I love this trade.
It's all built to architects spec buddy. Chimneys are different depending on which contractors doing the job. 🧱 we youvwhite cement instead of lime nowadays here 😊😊
Good job mate 👍
Thank you x
Great work, school boy error 😅 but what a waste of money chimneys are, all that good hard work for a little hole!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I've spent more on little holes 🤣🤣
that's a posh house !
Nice job tricky!
Cheers John 🍻
Wow you are human after all....Great job dude.....thanks for another great vid....all the best
🤣🤣 cheers Del 💪🙌
Looks sweet buddy.
It was a bit of fun 😂😂 got there in the end 😊
Looks an interesting build this one mate. Well in for showing mistakes too respect for that 👏
Cheers mate. 🍻 even the tricky bricky is human.🤣🤣🤣
Brilliant mate
💃🕺🕺🕺
Happens to us all Tricky
Love the white muck looks so good
Are you on day work when doing bits like this mate ?
Yes mate. Only way to go on that site.. plus I've just jumped in so I'm happy enough. It's 10mins away from home too
@@trickybrickys perfect then my son
Good to see you back 👍
Safe travels bud on your trip to the Tai lands 🎉🎉 see ya soon best wishes POW 👍😜🥊
Nice one bro. 👍 I'm in dubai now 😎
@@trickybrickys where you headed after there
Bkk Bangkok Thailand 🇹🇭 😊😊😊 oioi
🧜♀One more.
Adam did you put a lead tray at chamber level, why is it solid from throat lintel when it should be vicolite?
Architect specifically specified solid brickwork to that point bud. I did question that. And was told it has to be solid until it reduces. Then vicolite from the stage I finished at. I've set out the gap at the top if u see. And mention it in the video too 😊😊
Not everybody would put their screw-ups on video so credit where it's due. 😁
I'm only human 🤣🤣 I thought it might make a few lads laugh. Most of us brickys have done it. So hopefully a few might relate 😆😆😆
Looks the nuts and could also be used by mice that r training for a boxing match like the ole Rocky Balboa scene
🤣🤣🤣🤣 let's go champ 🥊🥊 brilliant
Shit happens....if that's the worse and you spotted it.... you ain't got shit to worry about....
Cheers buddy 👍 😁
😂😂 tricky went mum and dad
Oioi 🤣🤣
I did the same mistake on a out house, well a man cave really, told the customer he said its okay leave it,do you get more for chimneys?
I'm on day work here bud . I still get numbers down. I can't stop myself. 🤣🤣 it's in me
@Tricky Brickys nothing wrong with that, just thought the be a price for chimney, have a good week👍
Hello new friend
Oioi
What you using to joint up with
Jointer and ruff brush to get the wood effect. Much quicker then using wood and gives the same effect
we all drop odd b--lk mate
🤣🤣🤣 I know bro it's a classic on a step in. Full brick worked lovely on the front face 🤣🤣🤣
surprised not in filling with concrete blocks then back to brick once its reduce more could of used a set of drop lines to control the front plumbing points
No concrete blocks on site bud. Timber frame . So we don't used them. Traditionally built 💪 strong. £1.2 million house 🏠 😍
On top of your work alway have problems.Brick on brick and both sides of the line we all done it.
🤣🤣🤣 you know lol
What was the mistake you didnt say
😆😆😆 you didn't watch it all 😜 its in there mate. You must have skipped a bit lol
@@trickybrickys Got this time, at least you saw it
Yeah mate. 💯. 😁😁
knock yourself up a 665 gauge rod tricky save getting the tape out , same with the corbels
I'm hoping that's my last one 🤣🤣🤣brilliant idea though mate
@@trickybrickys my ol dad was a great one for things like that ,made up a simple t piece for 1/2s 3/4s no measuring , true story his dad used a match box for corbels , ha ha old grandad gus was an east end boy and was a reserved occupation during ww2 because of all the bomb damage round london they needed bricklayers for repairs
Wow that's a incredible story bud. Your grandad was a lucky man to get to stay . Brilliant to have things you know are gauge. My bolster is 105mm I cut my level to a meter once for door openings 🤣🤣. I was using it today 🤣🤣
@@trickybrickys they had no choice mate , bricklayers by day then fire watch at night on a water tower in east ham spotting fires from the bombs , the original dads army all supplied with rifles and 3 rounds of ammo
Bravemen back then bro. Now we have a tunnel. Crazy how it all changed in such a short amount of time.. scary really
1st😂
The medal 🏅 goes to mark ladles and gentlemen 🤣🤣🚀🚀
@@trickybrickys congratulations mark
Nice job on that chimney mate everyone makes mistakes least you honest b it keep smashing them in 🧱👌
I will bud. But first Thailand 🇹🇭 ✈️✈️✈️🌍🎥🎬😁😁
turn your corbled bricks upside down please
No. Weak !
@@trickybrickysoh dont be fuckin stupid, its for asthetic appeaerances oh by the way i am a civil engineer
@@trickybrickys when you turn a frog brick upside down for aesthetic looks you fill the frog with mortar first ,no weakness ,end of dialogue
🤠🤠🤠 all the weight is on a ares of the brick so no. 🤣🤣 level 5 nvq been doing it since I was 16. I'm 43 now. And have had this debate many a time. More pressure per sp inch . I appreciate the comments bud. Really I do. But unfortunately you've been told wrong. It's OK we all mess up bro. I layed a brick mum and dad. But I was professional enough to make it right ✅️. Enjoy your evening bud
