    Nice school’s! I was really impressed with the Central School because of the roof tower and the building itself. The DunDas school was also very impressive but I personally still like the Central School. Both awesome builds keep up the good.

    Nicely done! Both builds bring out the styles of the different eras in which they were constructed. Great job bringing them to life in Lego form.

      Thank you so much! Many adjustments were made to get everything just right!
      Also, love sneaking in those little details, and even better when someone notices 😉 good eye on the door handles!

    Love the use of the white turntable on the gable end of the Central school, looks great. The other school is perfect, you got an amazing likeness, well done. Totally worthy of being in the museum.

    Reproducing an historical building is a great challenge and something you have done perfectly compared to the photos you showed. I’ve often thought about doing something like this as I live in a historical small town where Oliver Cromwell was very prominent. There’s lots of great historical architecture including a small bridge which he had partially knocked down to prevent King Charles I armies approaching London. It was part of the English civil war but the bridge was rebuilt afterwards and have often walked over it.

      Thank you so much! Historical architecture is definitely a lot more interesting than modern, and it was quite challenging to complete these models. (Of course as well as being something completely new to me!)
      That's great that you have such great history in your town! I do hope you have the chance to build some of it some day!
      Thanks for watching!

      Thanks so much! 😍🙌 they ended up HUGE (between 2.5-3 feet long for each!) 🤭
      Apparently this exhibit is quite popular with lots of foot traffic on the weekends.

    for a moment i thought the Dundas District School was my old high school, NG, or the North Grenville District High School built in 1936

    • @MBBricks
      @MBBricks  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No way that's so cool! I suppose a lot of buildings in that time Era would have similar architectural styles! Beautiful buildings for sure 😍🙌
