Brass Artillery Shell Polish Restoration DIY

This old artillery shell is a 3 inch shell dated Mod 1903-1917. Sat in my garage from 1993 to 2024.
I refinish this using common chemicals and materials easily available and not expensive. You don’t need expensive buffing motors, rouges, and shop equipment to do this at home yourself.
