And the last, I've contacted Elestore website to help me with that issue and I got the same answer they gave to someone 5 months ago that "they will release the latest firmware on the website" without saying when. After that I again wrote to them and I didn't get any answer... After all, I wouldn't recommend you to buy this product and I am not the only one with the same camera issue. If the product price is $140, then what to say for cheaper Ele products. If you are ready to give $140 for not working product, then great...

No, but actually 360 cams don't need that because you have a full view around the cam. So you can do that in the post.
