I saw them play this at the Milwaukee Metalfest back in like, '94 or '95, I was like "what song is this" LOL. Chris introduced it and my friend recognized it as a Sabbath song but I wasn't that into Sabbath back then. I remember people moshing to it. Great cover
Holy shit man I'm jealous! I wish I could have seen them live with Barnes, but I was 0 age old in 1995! Saw them a few times with Corpsegrinder though, they put on an amazing show!
Wow! When I first heared I was amazed. A slowly marching doom masterpiece!!! Maybe a decade later I realised its Black Sabbath hahha! Amazing tone, cover as always. Thank you!
Well, it was a DST-3FR that I worked on myself, repainted and changed the mic and headstock logo, so I guess you can't find one like this unless you either make it yourself or ask the Charvel custom shop? Or unless I get so famous they make a signature guitar based on this one and start selling them 😂😂
@@TbombGuitar This would be great lol. Hope you become famous like Ola Englund. Who dont play guitar they dont know how much energy and time it takes to play a song. I just still saying you deserve more subscribers.
@@metalhead8338 thanks man. I'll keep posting and people will find their way to the channel, but don't hesitate to share with fellow metal/guitar lovers!
If you listen closely you'll here the way I'm shaking the vibrato in the intro is not exactly like in Cannibal Corpse's version. I'm very flattered though that I got it so close you didn't notice it was me playing. To tell you the truth, there are three tracks, two rhythm tracks (soft left, soft right) and the solo/whammy track.
Upon rewatching the video, you can see on my screen an EQ curve. That's the setting I have to remove the original guitar sounds (as much as possible), I just then lay my own tracks with an amp sound that is supposed to sound as close as the original as possible. Nothing's fake here, what you are hearing are my tracks! 😉😉
@@TbombGuitar so do the tracks without the background...surely u can play it all the way through right? so just do that...caz weve all heard the song b4....

Thanks my friend, I'm flattered my videos made it to the other side of the world
Excellent. Do you have tabs, sir? Keep it coming please. 🤘
I like how the riff is just everybody wants you by billy Squier but metal
Lmao I didn't know that song but good catch ahaha
Fuck yeah!
Damn right!
Always wanted to record this one for fun, but I never got to it. Anyway, great cover mate.
It's a really fun song to cover and quite easy for a CC song!
Indeed it is.
@@TbombGuitar cause is a Black Sabbath cover
that's what they called me on my second grade baseball team. i was number zero.
Lmao good stuff man
Great job, dude! Cheers from Far East of Russia 🤩
when are the tabs for this coming out?
Hey man, I've been slacking on that NGL but I'll aim to have them ready for you this weekend!
odd, i’ve always played this in drop D, think it sounds better in Eb standard, though. 👍
Most of CC's early catalogue is in Eb standard, and I don't think they've ever used dropped tuning, but this one is heavy as hell anyways!
sounds like a cd
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
@@TbombGuitar
If you played it yourself then - it’s good, if it’s a mimic - then it’s bad. 😉
However, I learned the rhythm part from this. 👍
Guys what do you think this song this Jesus Christ or satanism 😳
pretty sure ive heard this a gazillion times...all im hearing is the track...wheres ur sound??

I like playing to the drums and bass and I'm removing the guitars as much I can, that's how I like to do it, also helps me imitate the tone right
