ProPresenter SDI Output FIX

In swapping out a computer to a new system, I hit roadblocks with compatibility between systems that resulted in failed video outputs. We use BlackMagic Designs DeckLink cards to provide SDI outputs from ProPresenter, but this wasn't working at our target 1080p59.94 framerate and resolution. This video explains how I solved the problem, and shows that it was so simple, (joking), that multiple tech support calls all ended without resolution.
Lesson learned: Don't forget the simple things when troubleshooting.
