- Here’s a little canoe tripping content to get your early fix held over from last fall. On this trip I am with Paul for a 4 night 5 day canoe camping trip in the Adirondack Mountains. We catch a bunch of nice pike and some bass too. We eat some good food, experience some weather and have an injury.

Any day out in the woods is a good day even if the fish aren't biting. 🙂 Some really nice pike and thanks for sharing the lures you use! Hope your ankle healed quickly.

Awesome job on the videos - enjoy watching very much. Not sure if you have done, but would love a video going over some of your gear. You guys have a nice and well thought out setup. Cooler review would be great as you guys pack a nice assortment of eats. What ones work best - what works best for ice packs - how long stuff can last. Would make a great series in between your camping content. Really like the setup with the stove and aluminum griddle.

We just purchased a Swift 15' Prospector tandem. Can't wait to try it out...but it's snowing today. Looking forward to fishing some of the lakes here in the ADK's.

We are starting our planning for our spring trip there now I need all your videos you guys can put out! lol get me in the mode.
I am looking in to getting a drone for this year and to stay away from the rocks lol!
That’s our only hold over video but we’ll be out somewhere April 1st. Have a great trip and let us know how you do. Be careful with the drone, I was going to get one until I saw how many places they are prohibited in the ADK.

Awesome pike and that smallie was beautiful. That ankle sprain sucks. Last year it happened in the middle of the night, right?
