On my last day at Tuk Tuk Hostel, I stopped at a 5 star fried chicken street food stall and a cheap delicious local restaurant where I bought tom yum seafood and rice with noodles. After my meal, I walked back to Bang Yi Khan MRT station and came across Plum Condo Pink Lao Station where I found 1 bedroom apartment with balcony, pool, gym, sauna, reading area and a lounge, all for 10,000 Baht ($292 USD) for 1 month!

in Hatyai, south Thailand, apartment room cost 3500/month and condo room bigger than this with all facilities cost around 7000/month.. can get whole landed house with 5 rooms, bathrooms, little garden of your own, parking, kitchen.. ideal living house in 10,000 Bhat,in a good area.. are you planning to visit Hatyai? I can take you on a tour..😅

Damn.. That's robbery. My Al Ameen hotel in Krabi was $140 per month with everything included, less than my electric bill in US which was $180 per month.

I think he's slimmer maybe because Thai food has a lot of spices, herbs and vegetables, and people living in a very hot city sweat a lot so they don't gain weight. You rarely see a lot of overweight people in Thailand.

It’s ok, talking a few dollars, but there are nicer places for 7-8000 baht. The Base and DCondo Ramkhamhaeng start from 7000 baht with similar facilities and better location. Or if you’re not bothered about a pool you can get rooms for 3000 baht in Huay Kwang
