Your Legendary is actually a good bristleback killer, because you don't deal much instant damage that would trigger quill spray and you can time the W to burst him down when he turns to face you (which also lets you get more attacks in without damage reduction).
The main uses in my experience are to cancel tps, cancel freezing field against crystal maiden, and only really in the late game burst down heroes with damage reduction like bristleback, or life stealing right clickers.
It's hard to argue against the usefulness of the base disabler vs other items when the main objective of the game is having 4 out of 6 bases destroyed, and destroying them is easier when they are disabled.
If there was some kind of reward (e.g. track gold on revealed heroes from the other patrol item that looks like the Gem of True Sight) or another incentive (X kills under a fortified tower grants an Epic), or even aggressive ones that let you get map control early or pressure the enemies late game, it'd balance the scales.
As of now, the base disabler is way too useful to be compared to other patrol items.
Your creeps are stunned for 30 seconds is extremely useful on legendary wave. One of my best plays in this mode was playing ogre magi and against a really fat alchemist late game. I just keep stunning him with my Q and Aghanim's and watch him die to warlock.

The turret empower is just a lategame repair item, and can help recover from bad plays if you happen to have it (but, also, just don't make bad plays)
The wave stun item is crucially important in even or underdog games where you can't win a straight up fight too easily, so you use that to stall your own wave and fight them while they're dealing with a nasty wave to either kill them and take the base or force them to let creeps into tower and possibly kill them anyways. It's especially nasty if Warlock is the second boss.

Hey you said you think about language and how to use it well. You should pick up a copy of the Elements of Style by Strunk and White. It talks about concise captivating writing and its like 150 pages. More like a manual you can thumb through if you have a question about a particular phrase.
E-blade look good in this build. All you need is to stack some arrows on enemy, e-blade them and press ulti + w. Pretty clean semi-oneshot.
What is the number out of 20k above the epic orb counter? The one that has burning spears icon on it

I watched Techies video and, I must say, it was surprisingly compact, since, as it turns out, nobody really picks Techies.
I like my old work until I see it most of the time, well, except the shit that is actually fucking brilliant, but that stuff is really rare.
Would love to see a wigal type tournament but for 1x6 type upgrades but maxed 4 legendaries and blues and epics

I think that it would be really nice if you would make a tier list of Dota 1x6 builds or heroes. I think it will be helpful for casual players that want to play a good build do not know what those builds are (me included :D)

Found this mode just few days ago. Looked amazing. Jumped in the lowest MMR rank 0-500. Get my ass handed to me every time. Is there something wrong with MMR ranking or am I just trash at this?
If you're losing final duels a lot maybe its your items if youre getting kicked out early maybe its your game choices that leave you vulnerable against everyone else so they just take the "free epic"
Or maybe even a mix of both

@@akzholchadan3288 no, that's why MMR is there, so the match up would be somewhat competitive. Not just getting fcked every 40 sec. And I'm not new Dota. But yeah, need to keep pushing.

I don't know Baumi, it's just that there are people like that, especially when they lost because of a base disabler.
I mean, come on men, don't be a jerk about it. If people have a base disabler, they will definitely use it.
And besides, it's an item in the game, so you better use it, right?
LD is a better version of discard, but still lighter than full prison/stasis style decks. Actually, one of the best style(in the same resource control direction) is stax(smokestack) - turns each player's resource game into a sudo limbo dance, but only controller decides, when it's time to lower the plank.
