Can we use this technique to find Facebook profile or to find the reality of scammers using fake profile pictures in social apps like LivU, Who app on playstore ?
Maybe. Depends what you want to do. Google also has an image search, btw. I just happen to like tineye.

I guess you didn’t try googles reverse image search but it’s nice to know about tin eye :) reminds me of frequency separation :)
