How do I remove the screen protector, i have a big fluff under the screen protector

Just lift it off from the corner, and use the dust sticker to get the fluff out.

That was quite an amateur job. It's a miracle you didn't get dust under the screen of your Switch the way you applied that screen protector in such a haphazard manner.
