Next time? Corsair with gimbals and laser repeaters for the same Group VHRT. After that, try again with fixed laser canons and compare. :) I think the gimbals with laser repeaters are better bc you can quicker pick off the escorts (pesky Hurricanes). Love the Tana, I alternate between it, a Bucc and a Hornet Heartseeker. All are six gun ships and the same regarding damage output but all require a different flying style. The Tana is special though as it is has a boatload of missiles, which the other two lack. It is a bit slow though, but the missiles help. You just need to avoid being stingy with them. Oh, and when alternating ships, don’t get complacent and put your gear up inside a hangar. It mostly won’t end well 😂 Best ship in game if you have a Tobii, together with the Mustang and Cutty Blue. Hawk as well? They are roughly the same. And honestly, I dislike the hawk. Its hitbox is too big. I wish it was better because it's beautiful. I have an idea for the hawk. I'll show that soon
Two tips, use sub-targeting especially with missiles and gimballed weapons, and you can fly the reliant in alternate mode with wings to the side to help reduce your cross-section a little.
The only problem with reliants is that they are not small, but have 2 small shields like other small ships. I wish it would get a little more shields and hull because it is a big target.
I have no idea why after change out all ballistic cannon into laser cannon fl11 and 22 but the damage have no significant different. Ballistic suppose to have more then almost 2 times more dps then the laser one and the advantage of pen through shield. But there are not much different in my actual fighting experience.

I absolutely love the Tana, unfortunately the lack of shields and large cross-section make it crap in a dogfight I want this ship to be better.

I love all the Reliants! the kore is special cuz of all that room in the back, but the Tana and its missiles
