Cool video. That sidewalk did look slippery. I ran a 5k this past weekend and jt snowed right before the race .. and it was hilly in spots. Some of the downhill sections looked like sheets of ice. Fortunately no slippage. It wasnt a fast race for me but i got it done. Good thing you stayed local. Winter driving is so sketchy. I have to drive to Southern Utah this weekend for a race. Fortunately the weather looks solid. Best wishes to you and love your channel and running banter.
Nice Parkrun. And it was Windy? Well done. The track looks good. 👍. In October is also the Frankfurt Mararhon in Germany. I ran it last year. It was awesome. This year I will run the Great Manchester Run in May.
Kids are ace for watching time pass. When I think that I've been running for 5 years longer than Poppy has been alive then it blows my mind! Mini parkrunners are the best 🥰🥰🥰
Good on you to tough it out with short sleep, injury, and hangover? The wind didn't make it easier. Cross Flatts was my 1st ever. You mentioned a Canadian Marathon. We have the Vancouver Marathon on May 04 this year.

hope your foot is on the mend Watergrove for me today and another PB of 23 mins 52 coming 8th out of 48 new one for me next week been Centre Vale at Todmordon also doing Hot Toddy 10k there in March for 2nd time

When I did Cross Flatts the RD's kids where in a buggy and the tail pushed them round for the first lap. They look so big helping out now!
