I hope this story inspires many people, especially South Africans girls and women. Your birth condition or your past doesn't define you. Look how far she came. She is beautiful, well spoken , and obviously intelligent. Yes she has baggage ( like most people) but she is not carrying it around in her shoulders. She put it down and get on with it. She seized the opportunity of education and made something of herself. I love this woman!!! I am proud to fly the Mzansi flag high all the way from Canada because of people like her. ❤🇿🇦❤🇿🇦❤
As women we need to learn to have a relationship with our kids outside of our partners. So many kids never experienced the love of a mother because she was angry at the father

i also think mothers must go to therapy if they can feel something is not right.cos keeping so much anger inside u,u take it out of other ppl.

The most horrific thing about these stories is that they say so many horrible things and then say I was 8 😓how does a 8 year old go through so much, we need to protect our kids at all cost!!!!! Most of all protect them with prayer

Your story brought tears to my eyes, it just made me realize that people are seek out there and really need Jesus. So he was taking out his anger on this poor child because she was not his on the other there is thi woman who just up and left a girl child with an angry and violent man who was not his biological father. Too much and could have been worse but I thank God for protection you sisi. I wish you the best. You just made me realize that I still have a lot of pantup pain from the abuse I suffered as a child. Don't allow anyone abuse you again now going forward.

Your story is one of hope Sis Jabu, your strength, your heart is amazing. I'm inspired by part of your journey that you've shared with us. As you told your story I thought to myself, the neighbours, relatives everyone in your community needed to act sooner. We really need to do better to protect the most vulnerable. Somebody needs to say another child, woman, man etc. Will not go through what I went through when I can help.

strong sis! but your mother was crazy and cruel for leaving you with a man who is not even your mother i thank God you were not even sexually abused but there she was leaving you...seriously!! sorry but i don't like her at all....have heart love....you will be ok and you are soooo beautiful.
A part of me is glad she left me, she let my journey bring me to where I am today. God is great❣🙏unfortunately I did become an easy target for sexual abuse but God waked that journey with me too❣🙌🙏
