U are allowed to bring your kids, there's no problem with that

Yeah you can. They have different fathers' surname doesn't mean they're not your kids. If you've got their birth certificates, at least that's ok

Unless you has prove of that relationship and can prove its a civil partnership so I guess u will need a lawyer for a professional advise. There is also a clause that says you can bring the person but you should be married within 6 months of entering the UK however, I don't know the details
I'm a carer under the skilled worker visa. When I was filling my visa application form I was single so I filled I didn't have a dependent, a week later I got married. Now I want to bring my wife as a dependent under my visa and I don't know if it's possible considering I filled I didn't have a dependent in my application form.
It doesn't matter at all. It's good you filled it out as single cuz technically, you were single then. All you need to do is to back your application with your marriage certificate

Yes, u can definitely do that. You can apply for a US visa from UK even if u don't hv US visa yet

@@DinaBarffo also, i heard of someone who was trying to go to canada from the U.K as a dependant but he was denied because he is a dependant. What do you think? Although it's U.S I'm concerned about.
@@Sam-vw1sw Maybe the dependant was refused due to some documentation not going well or something. It's hard to tell u know. But I got a US visa from US whiles I was on student visa. I didn't have a problem at all
@@DinaBarffo no no, that's student visa. I know people on student visa the main applicant can but I'm talking about the dependant; like the person under the student. Can that person on dependant visa travel to U.S with their dependant visa type?

Is there no need of spouse outside U.K providing 6 months bank statements and 3 months payslip if there is no maintenance letter from spouse working in U.K’s employer? I learnt without enough funds of spouse outside U.K he/she is likely to be refused

So why does one have to pay health surcharge for your partner
If u are coming to UK as a registered nurse, u will NOT pay for health surcharge. If u are coming with your spouse and kids, they're also NOT going to pay

I don't know which visa you came with but to the best of my knowledge, if u are working here as a nurse and if u came with the Health and care visa, then your dependents are also expemted from IHS. Please check the application form u are filling. Maybe u are filling the wrong one.

If you CoS has reached 3 months expiry date, then maybe you can renew yours before applying for your spouse

Ideally, in UK, when they talk about dependant, normally it's your spouse and kids. But once you get to UK, u can always invite your mum over for visit
